I paid them so I could get my boat and write them off as a bad experience. They are inept crooks, with horrible customer service. I hope this helps somebody not to make my mistake.

What Really caught my eye was Matt had taken it upon himself to do a couple of extra small things:1) repaint the skeg 2) install a rubber cap and zip tie on the oil drain tube and the shaft. The cap wasn't even on there new, so it says volumes on the Attention Matt does his job. The only guy for me from now on! GREAT JOB!

Riverside explained to me there were some bolts that were rusted that needed replacing, and the labor was $560 because of their skill level. I believe they charged me for two hours extra labor . They also charged me for the following parts - locknut $ 17.82, bushing $27.32, and miscellaneous shop supplies $17.73. I will not be taking my boat to Riverside Marine again.
