This may be an elaborate scheme that takes advantage of people who also "fill up ourselves" when booking a car. Maybe not. But the best tip here is to avoid it if you want to save money and fill up before you enter airport territory.

They have a 7-Eleven with pretty much anything and everything you need, Snacks, drinks, sundries, etc.... They have several fast food places, and the restrooms are clean. They also have a cell phone gadget store, but I would stay away from there, because the prices are pretty ridiculous. If you can, just find a Walmart nearby, and go there instead. It's worth the side trip. A couple of things to watch out for. Do NOT park on the side of the building. That is not part of the travel plaza, and the signage is not very good. I parked there, came out 10 minutes later, and I was hooked up to a tow truck. I had to pay the guy $150 so he wouldn't tow my vehicle away. A total rip off. The other thing, is that the gas prices here are pretty high. That's because they know they are going to get the people returning rental cars, who forgot to fill up the car off of the airport property where the prices are reasonable. Definitely fill up before you get back to the airport. Other than that, it's a great place. I will continue to stop here. Thank you.
