The ONLY reason I'm reviewing this Exxon station is that they can lighten the hit on your wallet…read morewhen you fill up your car. How? Well they offer 20 cents off per gallon if you choose ANY car wash. You can get the cheapest car wash which runs you about $7 in order to get the 20 cents off per gallon. I had to drive the family mini van to an off-site office waaaaaaaaay out in the boonies of Maryland. Barely arriving there on fumes (the mini van rocks a kickass but gas guzzling 3.5 liter, 6 cylinder engine), I pulled into this Crystal Rock Exxon station and noticed that the cost of regular that day was $2.78 per gallon. "Damn...this is gonna be an expensive fill-up" I thought to myself. Then I noticed a huge sign next to the pump: 20 cents off per gallon with the purchase of any car wash. SCORE! The mini van was covered in bird poo, pollen and other road dust which made the decision to get a car wash an easy one. I swiped my credit car, selected "Yes" for the express $7 car wash and then the pump displayed an updated price for the regular gas; $2.58 per gallon. Nice! With a huuuuuuuuuge gas tank a 20 cent per gallon savings brought my savings to almost $4. "That's not a lot" you may say, but it all adds up...especially when I have to fill up this bad boy each week. If you're running low on gas and need a car wash, stop by this station for your savings. Plus the gas is already 15 cents per gallon cheaper than the poo poo BP station down the road and if you choose the car wash option the difference becomes 35 cents per gallon. Plus who wants to support BP these days after being the source of what will be one of the greatest environmental disasters in history?

Exxon is a necessary evil, I guess. This location is right by where I'm living, so I visit quite…read morefrequently. I wish they would stop the "do you want a carwash" thing on the pump when I pay at the pump with a card. Other stations don't do that, so my habit is just to push yes. I DON'T WANT A CAR WASH. THANK YOU.
