I drove my soapy car around to the store entrance and encountered one of the least helpful employees ever. The employee said her name was "Kay", but she said it with a smirk, and I'm not certain that is her real name. Mind you, she was looking at her personal cell phone for most of the encounter and barely made eye contact. Me: Hi, the car wash stopped working, my car is full of soap and I need a refund. Kay: We don't give refunds for car washes. Me: My car is fully soaped and I'm afraid it will damage the paint. Who can give me my money back for the service I didn't receive? Kay: You have to call the number. Me: What number? Kay: That number (points to a sign on the entrance door). I called the number which announced the customer service line closes at 5:00, so I listened to the voicemail prompts only to find I could not leave a message. I hung up.
