As I pushed my car out of the car wash - the employees just watched me with a smirk. When I reported it to them - they quickly told me that they are in no way responsible since it was enter at your own risk. They never even went to check out if there was glass or broken bumper parts left in the bay. They just kept letting car after car travel through. I am 100% sure that the touchless machine malfunctioned - but they never even gave me a chance to find out why this happened! Instead I had call a tow truck and then pay $2000 for repairs.
