The new Self checkouts are cool; especially since they avoid you have to interact with the staff. Their pizza is okay in a pinch. Last time I was there I paid for a car wash at the pump only to find the car wash was blocked off and closed. I had to go inside to get a refund and listen to an obese woman lecture me about how great her manager was even though she charges for car washes that she has no intention in providing. Since they took over from Nice and Easy they have: Terrible selection Awful prepackaged sandwiches / subs Self checkout Gas pumps rarely have receipt paper - which defeats the purpose of pay at the pump At least one pump is usually out of order - today it was 3 pumps They don't care, and if Byrne Dairy moved in they would be out of business in less than 6 months. Sunday, 3/28/2021 around 530pm. First impression walking in, smells like a farm. Figured there was a customer in there that was a farmer but did not see anybody. I realized I was the only customer in there. No one said hello. Staff seemed miserable. 1. Ordered a sub, The sub maker, he was unprofessional, miserable, he didn't pick out the hard cores to the Banana peppers. The bread was not fresh, and nasty. We took a few bites and couldn't finish. 2. Cashier, didn't say anything but the total to me. She did not say 'have a good day' or anything... she just walked away. Didn't give me a receipt. I had to pull it myself. 3. Bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor. We went elsewhere to use a bathroom. Yes the ready to eat food and pizza have become super limited and not as good. But my main issue since the remodel is that it's been at least 4 months since the fountain soda machine has worked. And the other locations keep trying to get me to "re-up" my monthly soda plan. No thanks, since my home store's machine hasn't worked since Labor Day. When this location was a Nice & Easy it was spotless clean, well staffed, stocked & managed. Always our go-to place for gas, ice, subs & any convenience item. Now the floors & often the cases are filthy and you're lucky if there's 2 people working the whole store. I frankly pray they fail quickly & a Sonic comes in. Shameful really, cleanliness should be a baseline expectatio. read more

This place used to be a four to five star, one stop, family atmosphere kind of store. Recently change out most of its staff and there are some very non qualified customer service reps now. A few weeks ago they were out of much of there selection of food due to management ordering issues. I have also noticed that there prepared food selections are very limited as compared to before and with that said they are not as convenient as they used to be. Ordered food is rarely ready on time. Order a pizza... they tell you it'll be ready in 15 minutes... you get there after 15 mins and you gotta wait another 10 because they forgot it. Or better yet - it comes out completely undercooked. Disappointing, since their pizza is pretty darn good. On top of that, their pumps are constantly out of receipt paper and at least one pump is always broken. You'd think with the amount of business they do they would be on top of that stuff. Well I was bored and went to get a car wash. The wash broke down midway through leaving my car covered in soap. At first the dude was mad chill and gave me a code to try again. That didn't work so and the dude just offered me a refund which I accepted. He asked me which wash I got and I said it was the best one, the deluxe or whatever I didn't remember the name. My friend was laughing at my other friend and the guy at first wouldn't give me the full refund because he thought I was lying. I proceeded to explain that my friend is dumb and I swore that I got the top tier one. I even offered for him to check the cameras if he didn't believe me. I got the full refund. However Andy proceeded to lecture my friends and tell them not to laugh when Im getting a refund. But being in the predicament I was in with my car covered in soap in the lot it was funny. As we were walking out we were obviously pretty upset by it so my friend said "Yeah next time we get a faulty wash and ask for a refund we wont laugh". Which is 100% correct. The cashier proceeded to get pressed about the statement and seemed to be angered by it which he had no right to be. So we just left. Overall the car wash sucked. And the cashier was unfriendly. Do not get a car wash here and avoid in general at all costs. Now my car is dirtier than when I wanted the wash. read more

As a lifelong loyal customer of this Nice N Easy, I was extremely disappointed when you failed to recognize my sub card yesterday evening. Upon sharing my disappointment at an event tonight, another customer aired a similar grievance. I hope this is an anomaly and not a trend for this institution that we all love. read more

This circle K has a drive through car wash and when my acquaintance went through the car wash was dismembered and we had soap all over the car so we wet inside and the worker at first was very helpful he gave us a free wash. The car wash was still broken so we went in go get water to get the soap off and to get a refund. unfortunately he refused to give us a full refund. His reason for this is because my friend and I were laughing at the situation. The employee then poorly lectured us on how we should not laugh next time this happens because we do not sound believable. after this I made a facetious comment "Next time we go through a faulty car wash I will make sure not to laugh when we are getting a refund" as we were walking out the employee said to me "Hey What Did You Just Say". I then repeated what I said to him and walked out he was very pressed by the situation even though he was the aggressor. in summarisation I would not go again the customer service was awful but we ended up getting a full refund in the end thankfully. read more
