Overall I'd…read morehave to say it's one of the cleanest places I've ever been to, restrooms are usually very nice looking, the staff seems to keep up on making sure the store itself is presentable. Everyone is friendly and more than happy to help with random questions. I did however only give it three stars which I'm thinking maybe four stars, only ding them one star for what I'm about to say but it's one of my pet peeves, one of the things that really bugs the crap out of me, so I took away two stars.. I drive a lot as most people do that come to a truck stop and when fueling up I like to wash the window. This place has really good window washer fluid by the gas pumps it actually suds up a little bit when washing your window. The squeegees are always brand new looking and have really long handles, and the washer fluid itself is in a big 5 gallon bucket so they typically are never empty. (Unlike Speedway gas stations where they are always empty).. But anyway for the past 2 or 3 weeks, I've noticed that the washer fluid out by the pumps is getting a little slushy. It really shouldn't do this if it's mixed properly and with the amount of grime on the window even being slushy it still worked but I could see the problem developing. Sure enough I go in there this morning and all of them are frozen solid. I did ask a couple times over the past couple weeks to random employees about it and I got a shoulder shrug from one and another one a few days later said that it's awfully cold out. This of course was my point but my interpretation was they didn't feel like going outside to do anything about it because it's awfully cold out. I know a lot of you are probably thinking I'm making a big deal out of this but it's my personal preference. I'll pay an extra $0.20 a gallon for the gas if I can wash my windows.

The aisles are clean and well stocked. They have a good variety of products. Some things you would not expect to see! For example I have seen dairy free cheese shreds, gluten free crackers, and 647 bread (which is a brand I can usually only find at Wegmans). Their prices of course are one of the best things about shopping here - lately I've been keeping an eye on the ridiculous up and down of things like eggs, and Aldi is almost always the cheapest place to buy them. Employees here are friendly and helpful. If you haven't been to an Aldi store yet then I would highly recommend, and if you have and already know what to expect, this location will not let you down!
The blatant ageist profiling and disrespect from the employees in ridiculous and not worth the…read moretrouble of shopping there. If someone who doesn't look older uses self checkout the cashier named Rebecca (shown below with manager Devon) will use her ageist profiling and accuse them of stealing which I witnessed first hand today. Today I witnessed Rebecca stop working her own register (which was loaded with people) to stare at and watch a customer at self checkout. She then proceeded to ask the customer if they scanned their items, ultimately accusing them of stealing. When the customer responds "Yes would you like to come check?" The cashier, Rebecca, declined to check. When the customer was done shopping and went to their car Devon the manager came out claiming Rebecca had sent him and claimed a customer was yelling in her face. Devon waited for the customer to return their cart and then proceeded to go to the customers car and attempted to intimidate the customer. The fact the employees made such a scary experience for someone and then acted like some sort of body guard when the customer was clearly open and willing to have Rebecca come check just shows how this cult of an Aldi functions. I also witnessed several older generation customers using self check out. All of which were not asked if they scanned their items as Rebecca targeted a young adult just trying to do his job and then sent her manager to attack him in the parking lot when she was unsatisfied with her own bullying. I've shopped here a few times as an Instacart Delivery Employee and have not had a problem with this store until today. Employees make or break the experience I guess. Side note: as always with Aldi they have one person working the register with a line of 20people

I was recently what I consider hassled by a store employee in the front aisle of the store in front of other customers about the service dog because I let another customer pet it that had asked. This is completely allowed by law. A service dog can go anywhere that their human owner can go and expect not to be made uncomfortable. Employees need to be trained on the proper ADA Law protecting people with disabilities from just this type of behavior. Very unjustified behavior from an employee. Please next time be helpful or just stay out of my way so I can live my life like the rest of the population. Take the time to read the ADA rules on service animals and protections for people with disabilities even if your establishment doesn't take the time to inform you properly.

Boar's Head products in the deli make it better than any other local store. Good selection of organic products, international foods, and baking. Local produce in season and other local products such as Ithaca yogurt, Trinity Valley dairy, and eggs from pastured chickens on nearby farms. They have a few gas pumps, a small grocery mart, and just recently they added a liquor store in the adjacent building. It was 7pm on a Friday night, and I was expecting to get owned in high prices, because they were the only liquor store for miles. Holy cow, their selection is pretty solid for being basically in the middle of no where. Liquor, wine, and a whole wall of local wines! The best part about it was the prices were just what I would pay back in Rochester. They were right in line. I bought a bottle of Anthony Road Red and a bottle of Heron Hill Eclipse red. A quick conversation with the store owner, Sunny, and learned he is constantly trying new wines weekly to see if he wants to carry them.
