We had a clogged downspout that we needed help cleaning, so we hired KST Handyman through Yelp…read more Alexei came with another person George to help out with the job. They were very nice, friendly, and professional. Their English was not that great (by their own admission) so they often used Google Translate on their phone to translate, which actually worked a lot better than I had expected. We were able to communicate with them just fine. They mentioned they were from Russia so if you can speak Russian that would be great. They wanted to connect their pressure washer to our hose to pressure wash the clogged gutters, but our hose recently broke and thus we didn't have one, so they went out to Home Depot to purchase one for the job. They also got on the roof to manually scoop out a lot of the debris in the gutters. To fix the clogged downspout they removed the gutter from the wall and emptied them and pressure sprayed the inside of the gutter to clear them out. The gutters looked pretty good after they cleaned everything out. They also readjusted the gutter to fit into the French drain better (it was misaligned from the previous job from another contractor). We would be happy to call them up again if we had any more house jobs that needed to be done!

I liked the way how he thinks about solving problems that seem impossible to solve. his problem solving skills as well as his ability to "think outside the box" has allowed him to make the impossible turn into possible. He was very energetic and positive throughout the whole process. He didn't complain once and was always trying to find a way to make it all work out. I'm really glad I found Jeremy. I didn't end up using this company because they determined they couldn't fix my problem, but my…read moreexperience with them was top notch from start to finish. I requested a quote to have my front door and French door fixed and sent over some photos. Having a background in both structural engineering and construction, I knew this would be a bit of a challenging fix. Unlike other vendors I reached out to for a quote where I sent photos and was provided an estimate without a site visit, D'Mitri and team were transparent and said they couldn't make a detailed assessment based on the photos so sent someone out to visit. Once on site, the technician evaluated the issue, took photos, and was upfront in acknowledging this was a complex issue that he wasn't able to handle, but would discuss with the team. They determined that this was out of their area of expertise. What I really valued was 1) prompt and clear communication - they left email, texts, and calls to make sure I was informed and 2) they knew their limits. I've had too many poor experiences of contractors who say they're able to do a job only to realize they're in over their heads once they start the project and are asking for additional funds because their estimates were way off. While I can't speak to the quality of work, they left a great impression on me and will be keeping them on the books in case I need another home repair.

The job was pretty big and more than I could handle alone. They did trample a small Lime tree but I'll still give them 5 stars, as long as they replace the tree! Rogelio gave me a fair quote, I got two other quotes that were higher. He actually underestimated the height of the fence in his bid. But he is a man of his word and did not charge extra for his mistake. That's good service and shows he is a man of his word. His crew of 5 guys came in and got to work right away. They were very careful not to trample any plants or anything else for that matter. They discovered a few problems due to some questionable jobs other homeowners did 30 or more years ago. They took it all in stride, fixed the problems and found solutions that worked well. All of the crew were very polite and hard working. It was like having a bee hive buzzing through the yard. Pretty impressive!!! One thing cracked me up. Rogelio brought a microwave in so his crew could heat up their lunch. That's pretty smart and considerate of him. I suggested he get a small refrigerated for cold drinks. It was 90 plus the day they put the fence in. So yes I would highly recommend his company for remodeling jobs. They do it all, roofing and full remodels.
