Special shoutout & appreciation for Ms. Zoila- the most amazing teacher whom my daughter loves and adores! Not only is she so kind, gentle and loving- she also potty-trained my daughter & we are so grateful! TLE Eastvale is a great place for kids to learn through play and comprehensive curriculum! They also do a nice job keeping parents in the loop with the TLE app!

He's since graduated to Kindergarten, but our journey continues with our twin 3-year-olds, who have been at TLE since they were just a few months old. As they've grown, so has our appreciation for the incredible staff who've supported them through every developmental milestone. A huge thank you to Zully, who lovingly guided our twins through their adventurous climbing phase--often requiring what felt like hostage negotiations to keep them off the furniture! Her patience and care made a world of difference during those energetic months. We're also deeply grateful to Zoila and Ericka, who have been instrumental in navigating the potty training phase and helping our twins learn to express their emotions constructively. Their dedication and nurturing approach helped transform tantrums into teachable moments, and we've seen such growth in our kids because of their efforts. TLE continues to be a place where our children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn and grow. The staff's commitment to each child's development is evident in everything they do, and we couldn't be more thankful for the role they've played in our family's journey.

Update on Business Owner's reply:…read more Hi Arun, Thank you for your response. When you said "Unfortunately sometimes children run and get hurt", I need to clarify that this was not a simple unfortunate accident. My 2 -year old child didn't injured from just running, he was pushed by another child. The result was not a minor hurt, but a very deep cut that you could almost see the tissue in his forehead, requiring 9 stitches and leaving a permanent scar on his face! When your staff met with me and my husband, we were not provided with any proof demonstrating that proper supervision was in place at the time. On top of that, when we asked how can a 2 year old push another 2 year old inside the classroom hard enough to require nine stitches, Ms. Ash responded, she knew because it has happened with another child in a different classroom. Which is deeply concerning. If management was already aware of such incidents, what corrective actions were implemented to prevent recurrence? Furthermore, prior to this incident, my son got scratches in his face because a friend pushed him and he fell. This raises serious concerns about supervision. "If a similar push had already occurred, how could a repeated push happen that resulted in such a traumatic injury? When you saying safety is your number #1 priority, being pushed hard enough to cause this type of injury is not just typical play, it indicates a lapse in managing the situation before it escalated. Ensuring children safety requires more than general statements, it requires accountability and proactive supervision to prevent foreseeable harm. Original review: I wish I never had to leave this review! After touring several centers, we chose this daycare because the staff seemed really nice and kind, and the facility was clean. As working parents, we always try to find the safest place for our kids, and I truly believed my son would be safe here. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Our 2-year-old suffered a serious injury while in their care and needed nine stitches on his forehead. Since that day, our lives have been turned upside down. He got so traumatized that he is now fearful of everything and becomes extremely distressed around doctors and nurses. Every time I look at his face, the big scar on his tiny forehead brings me so much pain! No parent or child should ever have to go through something like this! Not only that, in addition to frequent incident reports, he once came home with socks and shoes completely soaked from morning water play and had apparently worn them all day, including during nap time. His feet were pale and wrinkled from being wet for so long. That should never happen! I don't know if the pain I feel every time I see this scar on my son's face will ever go away, but I truly hope this daycare takes children's safety and supervision as seriously as they present themselves. Clearly, they need closer oversight and stronger precautions!

The teachers are not only warm and caring, but also genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. My child comes home every day excited to share what they learned, and I can see real progress both academically and socially. The classrooms are bright, clean, and full of engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I also love how TLE incorporates a strong curriculum while still making learning fun through play. Communication with parents is excellent too I always feel in the loop about my child's day and milestones. It's clear that the team at TLE truly loves what they do, and it shows in the way the kids thrive. I feel completely confident knowing my child is safe, loved, and learning in such a positive environment. Highly recommend!

The staff was so welcoming during our tour, they made us feel at home. Since, we have developed some amazing relationships with everyone! They have been flexible with our schedule changes. You do not have to fit into a cookie cutter schedule, ours went from M, Th, F to 5 days a week. They have early drop off (at 7AM) and pick up as late at 6PM! There was a leadership change recently and the staff handled it amazingly. The New Director, Ms. Suzette, is so on top of it, she is super approachable, gives us multiple notices about upcoming events so we don't miss out and has even started a Teacher of the Month program. For a group of people who already had great morale, she has made the team even stronger! Our son is very kind and somewhat timid when you first meet him. Ms. Kylee has made him feel confident and comfortable trying and doing new things. Watching him grow in her class has been amazing! He has come home using sign language, singing songs, teaching us how to do yoga and so much more. She even helped us on his potty training journey! When we do things as a family on the weekend, he always says he wants to tell Ms. Kylee when he goes back to school "tomorrow". Even the owner, Ms. Segal, has taken the time to get to know us and has really helped us get comfortable quickly. As a busy mom herself, she has so much patience and understanding when it comes to making sure our babies are taken care of. When choosing a school, we read reviews. TLE was regarded as family friendly and I couldn't agree more! They hold multiple family activities throughout the year from Ice Cream Socials to Foam Day to Trunk of Treat to Ornament Decorating.. I honestly feel we are getting what we pay for and that means something these days!

Anyone that wishes to dispute that can come see my bank statement. We were NEVER late. That's $480+ dollars paid in full on the first of March. Debbie told me that over 50% of her clients ended their contracts with her as soon as the shutdowns began and she tried to recoup her loses by mistreating me. Debbie demanded that I pay her $60 that she retroactively changed my contract for 30 days after I paid her in full. I paid her in full Mach of 2020 and did not use her services. On April 1st 2020 she demanded that I owed her $60 because she decided to change my contract because the kids were not in school due to the Covid shutdown. She wanted to retroactively change my contract to her summer prices after I paid her in full at the beginning of the month. My daughter was only at Debbie's for three days in March because of the Covid shutdown. At the end of March Debbie told me that I owed her $60. She had retroactively changed my contract for March AFTER I paid her. I told Debbie I would pay her the new contract amount for the beginning of April but I was not going to back pay her because she was retroactively changing my contract 30 days after I paid her in full. I felt I didn't owe her anything and I felt taken advantage of. Debbie told me to "Pay or quit Kari." I could not believe after three years of me being an excellent customer that I was being treated this way. Debbie was cold and frankly she treated me evil. I told her I quit and that is when Debbie said to me "I know every daycare provider in this area and I will not recommend you." This after three years of me paying her in full at the beginning of the month every single month and NEVER having any conflict with Debbie before. The cold and cruel way I was treated by Debbie was so shocking that I felt obligated to write this review. When I say I was a good customer I mean I never had any form of conflict or disagreement with Debbie EVER. The way I was treated was as if I had been a difficult customer at all times and that is simply not the case. The way Debbie does business is by check makes working with her so difficult. Two days before the check is due she starts texting me "PAYMENT REMINDER" and though I appreciate her as a business person the way she treats me is very unkind. I once had my check book run out of checks and I couldn't pay on a Friday but I promised her I would pay that following Monday. I was leaving town for a trip and I could not do anything about not having my checkbook. She proceeded to blow up cell phone for the next hour with text messages telling me how I am inconveniencing her! If she offered any other form of payment she would have had her money immediately! I'm sorry I didn't have her Stone Age form of business ready to carve out! My checks ran out and I had to order more. If she offered Zelle or Cash App or ANYTHING I could have paid her right the. And there. Debbie's business went downhill during the Covid shutdown and she took it out on me. I was a good customer and that type of treatment is unforgivable. Threatening to slander me to other providers because I disagreed with you retroactivity changing my contract when I lost my job and my husband lost his job but YOU WERE PAID IN FULL. It is completely unacceptable. I would never recommend Debbie to anyone ever again. The quality of care is good but doing business with Debbie Manning is not. She demands to be paid by check only and offers no other form of payment.

My son has a medical issue & all they cooked was frozen foods or gave sweets. He was the happiest child ever then I noticed he was ALWAYS crying. I would pop up at random times to see & they always had him in the corner with toys or watching tv the whole time from when I dropped him off & picked him up. No interaction with the other kids whatsoever! Then I noticed he was not active! I had to complain about my son going outside to play because he loves the out doors & they took them outside ONCE. It was spring. It was NOT too hot either. He was there for over a month & they went outside ONCE. Would not recommend bringing your child here if you do not want a healthy life style for your child. They will eat unhealthy, hardly ever see the outside, & will not be paid attention to. I also had to stop mid-conversation with the owner to inform her about 2 girls playing rough right in front of our faces by toddlers.
