I went to both the prepared foods and deli area and I was helped right away and the people were knowledgeable. I really only picked up a few items to make sandwiches and a few additional items that I wanted to try out (like their farmers cheese). All in all, it was a really quick trip. This location is also in a sizeable strip mall so there was plenty of parking. I was able to find parking easily, but since there are a lot of businesses here, my guess it may be a little difficult during prime time when everyone is coming here for one reason or another.
