Once we were reunited with Tammra (previous coworker of my husband) I knew right away that she would be the one we would hire to sell our home. Not only was she welcoming but she embraced our children and our two large dogs like they were her own and I knew that we would be able to trust her to show our house if we were unable to be home ourselves. This current market we learned was very tricky with skyrocketing interest rates yet we stayed faithful as a team and did all things possible to make sure each showing was able to happen. Tammra gave her expert opinion on any questions we had and was there with us every step of the way as we made decisions to speed up the selling of our home. Everything worked out perfectly as we closed escrow just a few days after we settled in our new state.

How can I best describe Tamara Eckenrod, the fiercely passionate put-your-client-first real estate…read morewarrior queen who happens to be my agent? From the moment I was ready to list my home, Tamara was determined to give us the best possible experience. She is not only skilled in real estate and negotiation but combines her knowledge of economics and the nuances of human psychology in ways that *almost* feel like an unfair advantage. First, a few facts. More often than not, Tamara's listings: - go into escrow within two weeks of listing - close as the highest comps in the neighborhood - return her sellers a higher profit due to savings she passes on home owners ...and this was certainly the true in our case: - our home was under contract within two weeks - we closed at $60,000 over list price - our real estate agent and broker fees amounted to only 2.5% Between her program and negotiation skills, Tamara saved me over $45,000. She delivered on her promise to give me the best experience possible. What was so amazing about our situation was that everything that Tamara could control happened like clockwork. However, in the real world not all aspects of reality are in our control, and our deal went late. Very late. Left in the hands of a lesser professional, I would have not only lost a buyer, but very likely lost a new home I was building in our new city - and Tamara was not going to let this happen. My transaction was nothing short of a battle and Tamara fought for my family at every turn. She came every day with an arsenal of experience-honed talents to the transaction. Even though my buyer was late in closing, she worked a deal for us that was even more profitable than if we had closed on time. I am not making this up - she found a way to turn a near disaster into an even more profitable deal. Beyond all this, her familiarity with the principles of economics plays no small role in her ability to motivate buyers. She knows how to create demand, keep buyers interested, and foster a "market" within a market for her listings. Her understanding of human psychology gives her an obvious edge in negotiations, but also a leg-up while guiding the deal. There are many players involved in the sale of a home, and Tamara is able to pinpoint each person's underlying motivations in order to see the forest through the trees. Her ability to read markets is forged through years not only as an agent, but also during the time she and her husband flipped over 100 homes. She see comps with clarity isn't influenced by exaggerated expectations created by homeowners or other agents. If all this wasn't enough - her true strength is in her secret weapon. Many people give lip service to the "golden rule", but Tamara has it engrained into her professional DNA. "Do to others as you would have them do to you" is present in her pricing model, in her marketing campaigns, and strikes to the core of who she is as a person. This is the fuel for her loyalty and the fire for her effectiveness; this is why she never gives up. So, if you get the chance to work with Tamara, (and I hope you do!) - follow her lead and let her give you an amazing experience selling your home.

We actually saw stopped into one of Shelly's open houses to just ask questions and we were so happy that she had answers. When she learned we were from out of state she actually took the time to come by the house to see it that night after she finished her open house. Shelly is so knowledgeable about all of the laws that come into play when dealing with wills and trust when selling a mobile home. She was able to walk us through step by step, and provide names of people we would need for various inspections. She also gave us different options. We chose to sell to an investor to get at home sold quickly, but she was also willing to help us make repairs and changes to the house to be able to sell it for more. Beyond so professional knowledge and hard work (I've begun to think Shelly doesn't sleep), she's also just a nice person. She seems to be busy 24/7 but still took time out to attend my father-in-law's funeral, and that meant a lot to us. My husband and I can wholeheartedly recommend Shelly for her knowledge, professionalism, and responsiveness.

Lisa helped us buy our home in California 11 years ago, and I honestly didn't expect much else from her once we got the keys based on previous experiences with other realtors. However, with Lisa, that was just the beginning. Over the years she's stayed in touch, celebrated milestones with our family, and continued to show us that we were more than just another transaction. Whether it was baseball tickets, dropping off thoughtful gifts at the house, or surprising our kids with the Kona Ice truck one blazing hot summer day, Lisa has always found ways to make us feel appreciated. She did all of that without ever expecting anything in return or knowing that there might be another transaction in the future. That's rare, and it says a lot about the kind of person she is. When life took us in a different direction and we had to sell our home before moving out of state, there wasn't even a conversation about who we were going to call. We knew we wanted Lisa in our corner. Selling a home from halfway across the country could have been one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through. Instead, Lisa took care of everything she possibly could, handled every detail that didn't require us to be there in person, kept us informed from start to finish, and made the entire process feel manageable. She got our home under contract and to closing faster than we ever expected, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly easy. The thing that sets Lisa apart isn't just her knowledge of real estate. It's the way she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She treats her clients like friends, follows through on what she says, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even offered to interview potential realtors in our new location to help us pick the right one! If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Lisa DiNoto highly enough. You'll have an experienced realtor guiding you every step of the way, but more importantly, you'll have someone who truly cares about you and your family. Looking back over the last 11 years, I can honestly say choosing Lisa was one of the best decisions we made.

Whether it was representing a double ended negotiation and bringing in one of her team members to represent the other side, referrals for work prior to listings, and in general going above and beyond on all fronts. My exhausting phone calls with multiple questions and ideas were always welcomed, I was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of her time. She always took my call or returned it within minutes and walked us through every step of the way and assured us that the final outcome would be a sale we would be happy with. Lisa is one of the rare individuals that are exceptional at her craft she is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market, this reflects on the final outcome. Specific marketing strategies along the line of social media, mailings, and personal calls to area agents, when both sales were not near her local area. These strategies demonstrate that she will do what needs to be done to make her clients comfortable ad happy. Lisa went out of her way driving roughly and hour each way many times to our last sale, only to ensure things were perfect for showings or whatever was needed. Topping the pool off blowing the leaves off driveways porches and so much more. She takes a position of ownership that gives you a feel of its own. When trusting an agent with what is usually the most important and expensive transaction of your life it's a pleasure to see a non-biased perspective. When Lisa would recommend to not lower our price or holding firm on negotiating, this would be questionable for any agent when they have a stake or compensation pending. She displayed an accountable moral compass directing us to what would be best for us and our situation. This is something that exceeds any other realtor or agent from our perspective. Lisa truly is an expert in aspect, and we appreciated her so much for all she did for us we know we will be working with her again in the near future. I Strongly recommend Lisa and her team if you are looking to buy or sell a home! If I could give her more than five stars we would.

I would not recommend The Alvarado Group…read more Nelson Alvarado sent an offer for the asking price of $245k, including a $1,500 commission rebate due to the sellers being difficult. I was going to receive the contract the day after. However, the seller didn't respond, and I backed out of the deal. I started to search for other properties, and the day after, Nelson messaged me, stating, "Ok seller called and apologized for not getting back to us yesterday they were out of town. I just resent 245k counter again with escrow and title clearly outlined. We can open escrow today if that's ok with you." I then called Nelson to explain my situation regarding lodging costs, as this delayed the entire closing process. I then asked for a $1,000 commission rebate on top of the current $1,500 rebate Nelson originally offered for a total of $2,500. Nelson agreed, and I went into contract. It was only after I entered the contract Nelson messaged me, stating, "Looks like I jumped the gun on agreeing to the extra 1k. It's a no go I am willing to do the 1500. But that would be the best I can do. I apologize for any inconvenience." So, after I'm legally bound to this real estate contract, you decide to go back on your word? This tactic was completely unethical on Nelson's part as a licensed realtor. Nelson cornered me into the deal when both parties had already signed both contracts, and we entered escrow without contingencies, leaving me with no way out. On top of the disastrous sale, the sellers removed a permanently attached fixture (mounted kitchen table). On the day of moving in, I messaged Nelson, "Hey Nelson, did the seller exclude the table? It was an attached fixture to the unit. I couldn't find anything in the contract excluding it." Nelson replied, "Let me ask". One whole month later, nothing. Instead, Nelson messaged me on June 22, 2022, stating, "Hi Sami hope all is well. I sent you an email for a review, so you mind filling it out". So, you sent me a text message for a review, not a follow-up, for the missing kitchen fixture. Nelson ranks as the most unprofessional realtor in my years in business.
