When our home was on the market with our previous agent, the sell of our home was unsuccessful after falling out of escrow. We were adamant about selling our home so my wife and I decided to cancel the listing and list with a different agent...Tamara! Tamara was very transparent and upfront with us. Her tactics on listing and selling homes made so much sense and we saw results shortly after our home went active. She was very respectful, thorough, responsive and detailed throughout the entire process. She's very knowledgeable about the area and well know throughout the city of Corona. Our home is scheduled to close soon and shes been hands on with our transaction. Your home is your most valuable asset so make sure you pick an agent who will care for you and your asset like it's their own. Thank you Tamara!! read more

This time last year David and I were walking through difficult times after putting our home on the market, finding a buyer, finding a new home, the sellers accepting our contingent offer (which almost never happens in a sellers market), we lost our buyers , we lost the home we LOVED and had to take our home off the market. So many nights I literally cried myself to sleep while talking to God about how unsettling our circumstances were but still clinging on to my faith that maybe this was just our plan and not His. Then He sent Tamara Eckenrod who swooped up our home, worked with us to get it back on the market, found a buyer, got us back in escrow on the home we LOVED (The Maker's Half Acre) and sealed the deal! She was able to give accurate and realistic details on our home and why it wasn't selling and explained her method of selling homes...and she did not disappoint!! From beginning to end she spread sprinkles of optimism over each step of the way Tamara you're a Real Estate Rockstar and an amazing gift giver read more

Tamara and Joseph are literally some of the best people we have ever dealt with in ANY way. Since we sold and bought with them, they take no commission on the sale of our house, which is an unheard of deal! I have friends who paid their agents twice the commission we paid, only to let their houses sit on the market for months. Here are just a few reasons we would recommend Tamara and Joseph: 1) They got our offer accepted on a house we loved, before our house was even listed! Their record of selling houses quickly convinced our sellers they could make it happen. 2) They helped us get our house ready and sold it FAST, at a great price. Tamara even came over to help with staging, and drove to the nursery to exchange the wrong plants our landscaper brought the day before photos were taken. What agent does that?! 3) They talked our sellers out of several contingencies they tried to throw at us, and advocated for us at every turn. My brother's agent let him put $5,000 down on a house, nonrefundable, and he had a complete disaster of an experience, including his entire family being homeless for a month between the sale and purchase. Tamara and Joseph refused to allow us to risk our money or our home, and made sure that we were able to move directly from one house to the other with ZERO risk to us if either deal fell through. 4) I thought we were hiring real estate agents, but what we basically got was the home buying/selling equivalent of wedding planners! They orchestrated everything with escrow and both lenders, knew every requirement ahead of time, and made sure everything possible was done in advance. When our buyers' lender kept delaying the paperwork and throwing off our close of escrow date, Tamara worked the phones relentlessly to get things done. She simply does not accept inconveniences to her clients if she can avoid them. Most agents just accept delays as part of the process, but these two will not stand for less than excellent service for their clients, from anyone! 5) Tamara and Joseph don't take kickbacks from lenders. They want their clients to get the best deal possible on their mortgages, and they encouraged us to get multiple estimates. Then, they taught us how to read the estimates for hidden costs, so that we could really see who was giving us a good deal. I loved knowing they were always being honest with us, and not just trying to get something out of it for themselves. I could list about 100 more reasons to call Tamara and Joseph, but at a certain point, people would stop reading, anyway! The bottom line is that I picked Tamara because she seemed nice, and she is definitely one of the nicest people you'll ever meet, but we got completely lucky when it came to the quality of service we received. I'm not related to Tamara or Joseph, but by now they both feel like family because that's the way they treated us. I would never buy or sell a house with anyone else after our experience with them! read more

How can I best describe Tamara Eckenrod, the fiercely passionate put-your-client-first real estate warrior queen who happens to be my agent? From the moment I was ready to list my home, Tamara was determined to give us the best possible experience. She is not only skilled in real estate and negotiation but combines her knowledge of economics and the nuances of human psychology in ways that *almost* feel like an unfair advantage. First, a few facts. More often than not, Tamara's listings: - go into escrow within two weeks of listing - close as the highest comps in the neighborhood - return her sellers a higher profit due to savings she passes on home owners ...and this was certainly the true in our case: - our home was under contract within two weeks - we closed at $60,000 over list price - our real estate agent and broker fees amounted to only 2.5% Between her program and negotiation skills, Tamara saved me over $45,000. She delivered on her promise to give me the best experience possible. What was so amazing about our situation was that everything that Tamara could control happened like clockwork. However, in the real world not all aspects of reality are in our control, and our deal went late. Very late. Left in the hands of a lesser professional, I would have not only lost a buyer, but very likely lost a new home I was building in our new city - and Tamara was not going to let this happen. My transaction was nothing short of a battle and Tamara fought for my family at every turn. She came every day with an arsenal of experience-honed talents to the transaction. Even though my buyer was late in closing, she worked a deal for us that was even more profitable than if we had closed on time. I am not making this up - she found a way to turn a near disaster into an even more profitable deal. Beyond all this, her familiarity with the principles of economics plays no small role in her ability to motivate buyers. She knows how to create demand, keep buyers interested, and foster a "market" within a market for her listings. Her understanding of human psychology gives her an obvious edge in negotiations, but also a leg-up while guiding the deal. There are many players involved in the sale of a home, and Tamara is able to pinpoint each person's underlying motivations in order to see the forest through the trees. Her ability to read markets is forged through years not only as an agent, but also during the time she and her husband flipped over 100 homes. She see comps with clarity isn't influenced by exaggerated expectations created by homeowners or other agents. If all this wasn't enough - her true strength is in her secret weapon. Many people give lip service to the "golden rule", but Tamara has it engrained into her professional DNA. "Do to others as you would have them do to you" is present in her pricing model, in her marketing campaigns, and strikes to the core of who she is as a person. This is the fuel for her loyalty and the fire for her effectiveness; this is why she never gives up. So, if you get the chance to work with Tamara, (and I hope you do!) - follow her lead and let her give you an amazing experience selling your home. read more

Words cannot describe how amazing this dynamic duo is! I had such an amazing experience working with Tamara and Joseph. I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. I have known Tamara for 30+ years. We have been lifelong friends that have had many years here and there without any contact. Reconnecting again and working closely with her while selling my house made me realize how I missed out on having such a great, sweet, honest, and loyal friend for so many years. I would still write this review whether or not we had the history that we have. Tamara is an amazing human being! I highly recommend using Tamara and Joseph the next time you plan to sell or purchase a house! You won't regret it! read more

So we had already interviewed 3 other realtors to sell my father in laws home. But we were not impressed at all with them. So a family member told us about Tamara. She comes in so full of life and enthusiasm. She came fully prepared to sit down and talk with us from one evening to the next day. She made us fill so calm and seemed to just take all the weight of this hard time off our shoulders. We sat and she had all her ideas and comparisons ready to go. We talked and laughed. Made us feel so at ease. We showed her the home and by the time we were done showing her the house we knew she was it. She lived up and surpassed all our goals. I couldnt believe how easy it was to sell this home. We have sold 3 homes before and have never had things go so smooth. She was up on everything and always communicating with us to let us know what was going on. When it was at the end she knew it would be hard for our family because that was the last time we would be in grandma and grandpas home. She made that go well and talked us thru it. If I were selling my home or if someone ever ask I would without hesitation give them her name. You cant go wrong with Tamara. read more

Tamara and Joseph were AWESOME to work with. Very relaxed and personable but professional and timely. 1st home received offers and were accepted right after the 1st open house, then our first offer was accepted to buy even as a contingency. We moved into our home 2 months earlier than anticipated because the entire process of selling AND buying process went so fast and smooth. Not to mention the SAVINGS we received by participating in their program, which is a much better rate than others had offered us and we still received top notch customer service. Same day responses and answered all questions and concerns. I will be referring everyone I know to the Eckenrod Group! read more

One weekend my wife and I were house hunting. During an open house we came across the Eckenrod team. From this initial meeting, I knew we had found our agent to help us with our home search. Tamara was so friendly, and had a kindness about her that my wife and I adored. She is very intelligent, and when it comes to real estate, or the home loan processing business, she is second to none. Tamara was exceptional when it came to negotiations and securing a final purchase price for our home. During the escrow period there were some hiccups along the way. Tamara always made us feel secure, and provided us with a sense of resolve. She put our mind at ease that everything would be ok, and not to worry about anything. Her ability to keep calm under pressure is an attribute that not many people have. Tamara always puts her clients first. If we ever needed to speak with her regarding an issue, she was always available. Oh, did I mention that she saved us thousands of dollars by recommending a lender that was absolutely amazing. I can go on and on about our experience with Tamara, but if you truly would like to experience what I am raving about, then give her the opportunity to represent you in your home purchase, or the sell of your residence. Thank you Tamara for helping us purchase our dream house, and being an exceptional real estate agent. You are truly one of a kind, and A+ in our book. read more

Not only did she educate us she gave us the hope that we needed to make the right decisions for our family. Because of her knowledge and preparation we got our first offer accepted on a very competitive home. She has kept us informed and comfortable through the whole escrow process and worked to get the best deal possible. Joseph and Tamara went above and beyond throughout our entire home buying process. Its not an understatement to say that we would not be in our home had we not met them while looking at another property they were selling. Their contacts and relentlessness helped us find the right team, and more importantly, the perfect home. There was never a moment where we could not reach them, bounce questions off of them, or get quick answers to the littlest of peace of mind questions we had. Joseph was a bulldog when it came to dealing with the selling agent and pushing through the contingencies. We were able to depend on them both day in and day out, and felt like more than just clients. We have and will recommend Tammy and Joseph to everybody we know looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts. read more

My partner and I reached out to Tamara after our friend referred her to us. And we are so happy and grateful that we did!!! Tamara is so friendly, trustworthy and caring. We were looking to buy our first home and were so nervous. We wanted to make sure we would be with someone that would answer all our questions and be with us every step of the way. We definitely got that and more! Tamara spent the time to explain the entire process and educate us about the current market. She answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Throughout our home buying journey she was always easy to communicate with and kept us in the loop. We also had the chance to work with Sally who is part of the team and helped with our home viewings. Sally is just as sweet and energetic as Tamara. We loved working with both of them! When I needed to help my elderly mother sell her house in Orange County, I was in a bind. I live on the east coast, and couldn't travel to California because of the Covid-19 pandemic. My mother couldn't manage the sale because she was moved to an assisted living facility. Fortunately, my cousin recommended Tamara Eckenrod as a real estate agent. When I told Tamara that we needed to sell my mother's house, but that I couldn't be there to help with the process, she offered me total reassurance. "My goal is to sell your Mom's house and make it as stress-free as possible for you", Tamara told me. Well, Tamara more than delivered. From planning, to staging, to packing, to selling, and through closing, Tamara handled the sale from beginning to end. She informed me of her plans and strategies at each step, and sought my approval during the whole process. Fortunately, all I needed to do was agree with Tamara; it was clear that experience and her professional judgment were exceptional. I was in good hands. She was respectful of my opinion, and she carefully coordinated her efforts with the people packing up my mother's belongings. Furthermore, due to Tamara's exceptional knowledge of the market and negotiation skills, we were able to sell the home for a price that was well above our expectations. I couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience working with Tamara; it was easy and not stressful (just as Tamara promised) even though I live on the opposite coast. I highly recommend Tamara Eckenrod--she is hands down the most talented real estate agent that I have ever worked with! read more

Tamara and Joseph are amazing! My husband and I were first time home owners and I was nervous about the whole process. From the start Tamara went the extra mile to make sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Joseph has such a calm presence, and that energy is contagious! As soon as we met them, I knew they were 'the ones!' They were attentive, responsive and so hard working. When we first started looking at homes Joseph was great at showing us our options and even helping us imagine what we could create in a space to make it our own. He was so patient taking us around and managing our high energy twin girls while we tried to find the perfect home for our family. The process went so smoothly as soon as we put the offer in. Our first offer was accepted and everything moved fast from there. Anytime I had a question about anything Tamara was there for me. Phone calls, texts, social media messaging--you name it, she responded. There was never a time where our needs weren't met. Their main goal is to make sure their clients are satisfied with their purchase. We never felt like just a 'sale.' We felt like they really cared about our satisfaction and that made all the difference. We're new to real estate but this will definitely not be our last real estate transaction and I promise Joseph and Tamara will be our 'forever Realtors!' read more

There's only one word we can use to describe Tamara and the experience she provided us with our home buying journey.....AMAZING! Working with Tamara and her team was without a doubt one of the single best experiences we've ever had. In this experience not only did we get our dream house, but we have made a lifelong friend. She continued to make us comfortable and reassure our anxieties we had every step of the way. Any hurdle that came our way she helped us thru and in the end she found our dream house in a safe neighborhood right by a great school. She always kept us updated. she ALWAYS answered our calls. She helped to fulfill everything on our wish list. She continues to answer our calls and keep in contact even after the purchase of our first home. She was accommodating with our odd schedule and helped watch our kids while we looked around the homes. We were commuting from Los Angeles to Copper Canyon and she always made us feel comfortable and very relaxed. Working with Tamara was like working with a friend. She is one of a kind. My wife and I have known Tamara for about about 3 years now, and we had always heard in our community that she was and amazing realtor! Going off of information that we had been given about Tamara's professionalism, knowledge, motivation and persistence, my wife and I didn't think twice about contracting Tamara as our Agent. Tamara's performance far exceeded our expectations and we were pleasantly surprised how easy she made the process of selling our home. She was focused and motivated throughout the entire process and possesses an amazing ability of explaining every step to simplify everything. Mrs. Eckenrod also has a wealth of knowledge pertaining to the the financing side of the process and was able to make sense of everything and break it down into "Layman's Terms" for us. One thing I particularly appreciate is her ability to be upfront with information and she provided a timely response to any issues that presented themselves. I would strongly compel you to consider Tamara Eckenrod as "YOUR" agent for any upcoming real estate endeavors. Thank you again for all of your hard work Tamara! I can't say enough about everything Tamara and Joseph did for me during this lengthy yet fast paced process. I contacted Tamara prior (September time frame) to even knowing if I wanted to move or not. She accepted my phone calls and text messages knowing that I may not even leave the state of Indiana. She listened, asked questioned and then made educated suggestions on what areas she felt would fit my lifestyle and personality. And she was perfect in her assessment of where I should consider looking. Fast forward to mid-January. I was heading to Southern California to look at open houses. In-route my home sold. Now I needed to not just look at open houses but I need the team to get me appointments on other houses too. Thursday, Tamara was given a list of 20+ homes I wanted to see. Somehow, she got an appointment for each house on my list for Friday/Saturday. Not just ANY agent can accomplish that. Enter Joseph. I now feel sorry for him. He patiently took me to each house. Asked questions about what I did or did not like. He used that info to find more houses for me to consider. When it was all said and done, I looked at 50+ houses. Ironically, the last house I was going to look at for the weekend was perfect for me. I sent Tamara a text and said I wanted that house. Within minutes of receiving the text, she was on the phone with the seller's agent. We made an offer. Tamara again, was on the phone with the sellers agent letting them knows of the unique situation we were dealing with. Her communication and effort played a TREMENDOUS role in my offer being accepted. It was accepted over 5 other offers, one of which was a cash offer. I was contingent on my house closing. That is another example of what does NOT happen with any ordinary agent. Now, back to Joseph, he began to represent me attending walk-throughs, inspections and appraisals since I was still in Indiana and couldn't be on-site. He performed his functions with the same professionalism and concern for my best interest as Tamara did. I guess what I am getting at is what do you want? A real estate agent who has their license or a team of real estate professionals, working in concert, working for your best interest and wanting nothing more than to find you the home of your dreams? If the latter is the case, I certainly and unequivocally recommend Tamara and her team. I could not be happier with this team and oh, by the way, my agent in Indiana was my father. Sorry Pops, good thing you're not in California, my business would still go to Tamara and her team. Man, I hope he never sees this. Thanks. read more

Tamara and Joseph are the perfect team. Joseph takes care of all the field work, and Tamara takes care of the rest. While looking out at the different homes we wanted to see Joseph was not the type to make you feel as if you HAD to choose a home right away. He is was very professional, and allows you to view the homes without feeling any type of pressures. Great sense of humor, and will give you his honest opinions. I have no idea where to begin with Tamara, she truly is amazing. She is so knowledgeable at what she does and walks you through every single step of the way. We were first time home buyers, and she did not rush us through a single thing. She will educate you, and make sure you are taken care of. She seriously is one of a kind, and you would be so lucky to have her as your agent. We have nothing but great things to say about this team.
