We were adamant about selling our home so my wife and I decided to cancel the listing and list with a different agent...Tamara! Tamara was very transparent and upfront with us. So many nights I literally cried myself to sleep while talking to God about how unsettling our circumstances were but still clinging on to my faith that maybe this was just our plan and not His. Then He sent Tamara Eckenrod who swooped up our home, worked with us to get it back on the market, found a buyer, got us back in escrow on the home we LOVED (The Maker's Half Acre) and sealed the deal! She was able to give accurate and realistic details on our home and why it wasn't selling and explained her method of selling homes...and she did not disappoint!! No question was ever too small, and she made sure we felt confident in every decision we made. What meant the most to us was how much she truly cared about helping our family, not just closing a deal. She, along with our lender Sal, really went above and beyond to help us get into a home we absolutely love while also making sure our monthly payment was something we were comfortable with. That meant everything to us. This wasn't just about buying a house. It was about creating stability for our family, and they understood that. We will always be grateful for her guidance, her patience, and the way she genuinely looked out for our best interests. If you're in the market to buy, we would honestly say go for it. From the initial consultation to closing day, she demonstrated professionalism, market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to finding the perfect home for us. Simply wow. This entire team is bad ass! I met Patti BRE. (Before real estate). She worked in another field and when some doors closed for…read moreher there, she evaluated her career path before choosing RE. She's a genuinely nice person with a positive outlook, but she has a passion for real estate and matching the right person to the right home. She's always professional, but is absolutely capable of escalating the issue when necessary. She loves to see her clients blissfully happy and frankly, what else can you ask for? I'm as obsessively controlling as they get. My career is to lead a highly complex and multi-disciplined team. I hit the ground running every morning and am used to having a million things in the air. Buying a home should be an easy process for me, right? Absolutely positively NOT! Nope, the hardest element for me was transferring the element of control to Patti and the team and sitting back and waiting for things to happen. This goes against every fiber of my being, and frankly should be a crime against humanity, but I digress. Patti somehow managed to keep me calm, assist the escrow people, and juggle all the other elements in the meantime. She probably laughed at my emails as I tried to give a weekly agenda for everyone (including the escrow agent and underwriter lol) which did not work btw, but she calmed me and just went about doing her thing and making things happen. I cannot write this without mentioning Stephanie as well. Because we are in North OC, Stephanie is the one who actually showed us the homes. She had a very accommodating schedule and was there on a moment's notice. When we realized the fridge we ordered might be too big (it was), she offered to meet us at the home the next day so we could remeasure the area. Between Patti and Stephanie, they seemed to be invested as much as we were in getting it all done. We are in the house now and it's just perfect. It was worth the wait and I appreciate Patti and her team of professionals. If I were ever to buy a home again, I would not hesitate for a hot second to use Patti and Stephanie.
