There are plenty of realtors out there, but every once in a while you meet someone who is in a completely different league. That's Lisa DiNoto. Lisa helped us buy our home in California 11 years ago, and I honestly didn't expect much else from her once we got the keys based on previous experiences with other realtors. However, with Lisa, that was just the beginning. Over the years she's stayed in touch, celebrated milestones with our family, and continued to show us that we were more than just another transaction. Whether it was baseball tickets, dropping off thoughtful gifts at the house, or surprising our kids with the Kona Ice truck one blazing hot summer day, Lisa has always found ways to make us feel appreciated. She did all of that without ever expecting anything in return or knowing that there might be another transaction in the future. That's rare, and it says a lot about the kind of person she is. When life took us in a different direction and we had to sell our home before moving out of state, there wasn't even a conversation about who we were going to call. We knew we wanted Lisa in our corner. Selling a home from halfway across the country could have been one of the most stressful experiences our family has gone through. Instead, Lisa took care of everything she possibly could, handled every detail that didn't require us to be there in person, kept us informed from start to finish, and made the entire process feel manageable. She got our home under contract and to closing faster than we ever expected, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel surprisingly easy. The thing that sets Lisa apart isn't just her knowledge of real estate. It's the way she genuinely cares about the people she works with. She treats her clients like friends, follows through on what she says, and works incredibly hard to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. She even offered to interview potential realtors in our new location to help us pick the right one! If you're buying or selling a home, I can't recommend Lisa DiNoto highly enough. You'll have an experienced realtor guiding you every step of the way, but more importantly, you'll have someone who truly cares about you and your family. Looking back over the last 11 years, I can honestly say choosing Lisa was one of the best decisions we made. read more

Lisa DiNoto - Sold on 8/3/2026, listed 7/7/2026 - Real Estate Agents Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

Lisa had recently sold two family homes for us within a six-month duration. Our experience was phenomenal from every aspect, Lisa and her team delivered exceptional results from every aspect. Whether it was representing a double ended negotiation and bringing in one of her team members to represent the other side, referrals for work prior to listings, and in general going above and beyond on all fronts. My exhausting phone calls with multiple questions and ideas were always welcomed, I was never made to feel that I was taking up too much of her time. She always took my call or returned it within minutes and walked us through every step of the way and assured us that the final outcome would be a sale we would be happy with. Lisa is one of the rare individuals that are exceptional at her craft she is very knowledgeable and in tune with the market, this reflects on the final outcome. Specific marketing strategies along the line of social media, mailings, and personal calls to area agents, when both sales were not near her local area. These strategies demonstrate that she will do what needs to be done to make her clients comfortable ad happy. Lisa went out of her way driving roughly and hour each way many times to our last sale, only to ensure things were perfect for showings or whatever was needed. Topping the pool off blowing the leaves off driveways porches and so much more. She takes a position of ownership that gives you a feel of its own. When trusting an agent with what is usually the most important and expensive transaction of your life it's a pleasure to see a non-biased perspective. When Lisa would recommend to not lower our price or holding firm on negotiating, this would be questionable for any agent when they have a stake or compensation pending. She displayed an accountable moral compass directing us to what would be best for us and our situation. This is something that exceeds any other realtor or agent from our perspective. Lisa truly is an expert in aspect, and we appreciated her so much for all she did for us we know we will be working with her again in the near future. I Strongly recommend Lisa and her team if you are looking to buy or sell a home! If I could give her more than five stars we would. read more

Not a great experience. Communication was lacking and not impressed. Does not represent the City of Rancho Cucamonga well.

So easy to work with Lisa. Super responsive. Always makes herself available! She helped with the sale of our house in Fontana; staging, open house, offers, Sold! And with the purchase of our home in Beaumont; walk through, inspection, sign on the dotted line. The whole process took around 37 days. No pressure! All the little touches! Highly recommend! read more

I had such a great experience! Our realtor, Tanya Dondanville, was knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. My husband and I entrusted Lisa with the purchase of our home in Hesperia. Throughout the process, she demonstrated exceptional patience, professionalism, and a strong understanding of our needs. Despite facing multiple challenges and being outbid on several properties, Lisa consistently offered guidance and encouragement, helping us remain optimistic. Her dedication and perseverance ultimately led us to the perfect home. Thanks to her expertise and the support of her team, the transaction was completed smoothly and successfully. We have now enjoyed four wonderful years in our home and continue to appreciate both the property and the neighborhood. Lisa DiNoto represented us in the sale of our Alta Loma home in the Victoria development. Lisa is hands down a very good realtor! Her calm demeanor is an asset in very stressful situations...like selling a house and buying one at the same time. Lisa responds quickly...to your every question and need. She worked with our buying agent to coordinate the two transactions simultaneously. If Lisa is your real estate agent....you are in excellent hands! Thank you, Lisa. Sandy and Gary read more

Lisa is a genuine, lovely person and a great agent that really knows her stuff. Above all, she's a woman of integrity who puts her client's interests first. She recently helped me sell my home in Riverside after I relocated to another state, and I'm so glad I found her. At one point, we thought that we might lose the buyer due to issues with their lender, but she stepped in, worked her magic, and saved the deal. read more

My wife & I have nothing but praises to say about our experience with Lisa on the sale and purchase of our home. She made the process simple, kept us informed throughout the the transaction in real time. Lisa and her team worked flawlessly for my family. She was upfront, and allowed us to step aside. I believe that when purchasing or selling a home, it can get emotional, and it was incredible to have an unbiased opinion to keep you on point (even when it was hard) to find the right home for us. If you are looking a for real, honest, diligent, hard working Realtor, then Lisa & team are a great choice! We are so grateful for Lisa & her time, and we would highly recommend them. read more

Lisa definitely earned this 5 star review. We could see that she was a mover and shaker in our area as she listed many of the homes For Sale. The homes would all sell fast. She made everything easy for us from the listing to the final day escrow. She helped us with staging of our home, talking us through the process, awesome photos, listing on MLS and Zillow, etc., quick responses to our texts and emails, and so much more. We got 5 offers and sold for 22k over asking. I highly recommend Lisa to anyone out there that's thinking about selling or buying a home!! read more

We purchased our first home recently and Lisa was incredible. She was honest and totally dedicated to making our home buying experience as easy as possible. We were not easy to work with, we saw a lot of options before we found the one and Lisa was so patient and understanding. After the deal was completed she remained in touch with us and referred us to several different local contractors whose work was also excellent quality. I highly recommend Lisa and her team. She knows the area well and is a total professional. read more

Lisa crushed it for us. We interviewed several realtors, even some we knew from past real-estate transactions, and Lisa came out as our number one choice. To be honest, she was the last of five that we interviewed and I personally thought that she didn't have a chance but I was wrong. She came in knowing the market (ie: what the listing price should be to be successful and honest) and when to "hit the market". Of course no one knew what Covid was going to do, but she worked around it all, safely !!!! She listened to what we wanted, told us when we were "off" and kept the process moving. Warning, there is only so much that she can control but she kept at it and we sold our home on our time line and above asking price. Her commission was the least of all those that we interviewed and we didn't even have to "negotiate" it down with Lisa. She came in to sell our house and receive a reasonable commission. Never felt like she was not paying attention to us. Bottom line, give yourself a chance and at the very least, interview her, you will see what we mean. read more

Lisa Dinoto helped me and my wife get our first house. She is very professional and made the home buying process very easy. She has a lot of connections that made closing very quick and painless. With that said, I returned to Lisa Dinoto to sell another home, I didn't have the time to gingerbread bread up the house. She once again reached out to her contacts and took care to fix up of my home. I got $$plus over asking price. I highly recommend Lisa Dinoto Group. read more

This was our 2nd real estate transaction in less than 2 years with Lisa Dinoto and her fantastic team (once as a seller, and once as a buyer). Technically it's our 3rd, as the first time we listed to sell, Lisa actually TALKED to us out of selling our house after she listed it because she knew the timing wasn't right and she knew we wouldn't be happy at the time. How many listing agents would do that?!? I will say this, if you choose to go with anyone else, you're seriously shorting yourself. You will never find anyone who cares as much about you as a person, as well as a client. She will stop at nothing to give you the best service she can offer, far beyond a reasonable persons expectations. Lisa's interaction doesn't end with the sale or purchase. You become part of her business family, and the constant small reminders that she so thoughtfully plans out really let you know she values you as a friend and client. I will NEVER use another agent, and will only recommend HER to anyone I want to place in good hands. In this day and age it's rare that someone who earns their living on commissions puts the clients long term interests first, and goes the extra mile to build a life long business relationship. Integrity, honesty, accountability, and punctuality seem to be dying traits nowadays. Not with Lisa, you can count on her giving you 110% of her effort and guidance, and the bonus is......you will gain a friend! read more

LISA IS ALL YOU NEED! Hands down the best decision I ever made was calling Lisa. She helped my family sell their home and helped me buy one! She is incredibly honest and forthcoming, she always looked our for my interest and made sure I got a fair deal. The person I ended up buying the house from was a nightmare but Lisa ,ever the consummate professional, got me through it and made sure I wasn't taken advantage of by the other agent. She never coerced me into buying. When I felt like giving up she didn't pressure me. She took the time to walk me through the whole process from start to finish and even the best movers, lenders, insurance agencies, and contractors. I have recommended Lisa to all my friends and family and will continue to do so. SHE IS THE BEST! You won't regret it. Lisa has a NO BS attitude that is so refreshing. I will for sure work with her again in the future. I'm happy to give an I person/on the phone recommendation anytime! read more

You could not get a better group of realtors than those that work with Lisa. Besides Lisa's extensive knowledge of the area and the market she knows how to use every form of advertising to make sure that your house gets seen by everyone. She and Tanya Dondanville were literally a text message away 24/7 to answer every one of our numerous questions! One of them was always at the house during any inspections or other things that needed to be taken care of. During negotiations Lisa and Tanya had our backs and made sure we got the best price possible. Oh! Did I mention our house sold in one weekend? Thank you Lisa and Tanya, you were the absolute best! read more

We found Lisa on Yelp and based off the stellar reviews, we decided to sign her on. Actually, we did interview other 5 star realtors in the area but something about her resonated with us during the initial meeting over FaceTime. Lisa represented us as sellers and was fantastic in everything she did to help facilitate the sale of our home. Our situation was a little unique with its own challenges but Lisa more than delivered. We live in Northern Cali and although we did everything via phone, emails, etc., she made the entire process extremely smooth and kept us in the loop at all times. The team she uses are also amazing and super efficient. We had a hiccup with the buyers' loan but Lisa sprung into action and helped make the impossible possible. She is phenomenal at her job and thinks outside the box to ensure all parties get the desired outcome. The buyers are high profile and we know they were definitely impressed with how she works. We never sold a home before so this was a new experience and she was so patient and easy to work with, answering all our questions and concerns. Even when things looked bleak, we knew we were in good hands and never stressed because we knew she had it under control. That is the level of peace she gave us because we knew she already had a plan B, C, D, etc. should things go south. She will think for you so you don't have to! Lisa is very kind, trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and extremely professional. We feel so blessed to have had her represent us in this sale. If you're looking to buy or sell, we couldn't have had a better experience than with Lisa. She is definitely someone you want because she will get the job done! Thank you Lisa! read more

A friend recommended us to Lisa as we began our home search. This friend found her based on a recommendation as well and told us how incredible Lisa would be to work with. We could not be more grateful for Lisa DiNoto and Jenill Woods for guiding us through the home buying experience as first time buyers. They were extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and professional throughout the process. They were able to offer advice and expertise that we believe truly helped us during this process as well. They are also extremely personable and amazing individuals, making the experience so much more valuable. Even through an incredibly tough and competitive market, they were able to help us find our dream house. They were extremely patient and encouraging when we were faced with countless showings and dead ends, continuing to make us feel prioritized and helping us understand that the right home was on the horizon. We cannot thank them enough for their dedication and hard work. Lisa DiNoto and her group are truly special. They went above and beyond for us and we feel like we couldn't have bought our first home without them. We can't imagine going through this experience with anyone else. read more

We used Lisa for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. When we first met with Lisa she came prepared to get our house sold, and she did just that! We had a strong, above asking offer by the end of the weekend. I appreciated her attention to detail while getting our home listed all the way down to presenting us the offers we had received by the end of the weekend. The process of closing our house went really smoothly. When finding our new home it took us looking around at a few houses until THE ONE popped up. She knew when my husband and I both walked in the door that this was the house for us and our growing family. The Seller's Agent wasn't the easiest to work with, and the seller had multiple offers on the table, but Lisa took that task head on and helped us navigate the purchase of our amazing home. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Lisa's professionalism, experience and knowledge is second to none. Mind you she helped us navigate the sale and purchase of a new home all during a PANDEMIC and following the new guidelines set in place. Lisa makes sure her clients are getting the best outcome possible all while being HONEST and REALISTIC. She truly cares about her clients it is not just another transaction for her and this is why my Husband and I will recommend Lisa and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Lisa and her incredible team for a recent sale of our home. Cutting to the chase, this would be an incredibly great Realtor to represent you in the sale or purchase of your home. Professional start to finish, responsive, always working on your behalf and well, amazing people! Highly recommend. For us, the realty market in 2022 is easily compared to Mt. Toads Wild Ride. Twists and turns and unexpected things everywhere you turn. We had been in our house for a long time, and this was also our first time selling a home. It's important to find a realtor with the experience and to navigate through this. We are beyond happy to have connected with Lisa and her team when it was time to sell our home. Professional through and through, knows the market and has built a team of professionals that works hard for you. From start to finish, Lisa helped us manage every aspect of this sometimes-stressful process. She quickly gave us the confidence that she had full control, and everything would be handled. It was. She presented a listing price and marketing plan while setting proper expectations and she was right on the money. Her team was 100% professional as well. When the house hit the market, it was amazing! Customized websites, social media marketing, showings and open houses. Our timing was such that the market was shifting. Rate hikes and global events were having an impact, and there was a feeling of change coming. Lisa was always there for us when we had questions, concerns, stress, whatever. Not only a pro at what she does but an amazing person as well! All that hard work paid off, and in the end, Lisa helped us close the sale on our home. We were matched with the perfect buyers negotiated a bit and both sides accepted. Remember how I mentioned she knows the market? We closed within less than 2% of list price, and it was the highest priced sale in our community! Lisa and her team didn't just disappear after the sale. She had resources available to help where we needed to quickly prepare for a large move. Had we not been moving out of state there is no question Lisa would be our agent in buying the next home. Said it at the start and I'll say it again, we cannot recommend Lisa DiNoto strongly enough! If you are buying or selling, she needs to be on your list of people to talk to. Thank you Lisa! Thank you team! read more

Tanya has been my real estate since 2018 and she has helped me in four different homes, two sales and two purchases. There is an evident reason why I keep going back to her. SHE IS BEYOND WONDERFUL! She is patient, understanding, knowledgeable. Multiple calls and texts, she texts in a professional matter. I felt as if I was texting a friend because I would text day or night, weekday or weekend, and she is always responding. I am so thankful to Tanya with all of my transactions. And I can share that her and her team are beyond fantastic, all of them. The Lisa DiNoto group I can tell you they go beyond the transaction of a home sale/purchase. My kids grew up remembering Tanya and Lisa and I can share that they also love seeing them and feel so thankful because according to them "Tanya found our dream home!" and it is true! You will meet Tanya and just that first meeting you sense trust in her and I will never forget so many moments where I was feeling very stressed out and Tanya and Lisa were more then my realtors, they became my friends. I can share that they became very close in a time of much difficulty. I highly recommend and guarantee Tanya, she will represent you well and will consider your best interest when negotiating. I know I can always reach out to her regarding any house related concerns because I really did meet a fantastic real estate agent, but most important a friend! Thank you Tanya and thank you Lisa DiNoto. FYI I worked with two other agents for three other sales and I cannot compare the services, they were good but if you want to work with the best it is Tanya, no question. read more

Lisa was our realtor when we bought our house eight years ago. We wanted an upgrade. Our family has grown, and we needed more space. We did not hesitate to call Lisa again. Lisa worked hard for us before, and she worked hard for us once again. Our house had the most views on Zillow, and we received multiple offers. She's the queen of social media! Also, she has an awesome team. Briana is really sweet, and she fought hard to get us the home we are living in now. The seller was not easy to get a hold of, but Briana kept trying and trying. She didn't give up! She'll do anything for her clients, even jump a fence and squeeze thru tiny spaces! She's amazing! Also, her photographer takes really pretty pictures. She made our house look very nice! Buying and selling a house can be very stressful, but It wasn't for us because of Lisa! She was there for us every step of the way. She really, really cares about her clients, and she kept checking up on us. She still Checks up on us- months after we sold our old house and bought our new home! Lisa DiNoto is out Relator for life. My brother and I had to sell our mother's home as quickly as possible to pay for the cost of assisted living. Lisa was able to sell her home for top dollar. We had a Living Trust to deal with as well as Power of Attorney paperwork to navigate. Lisa made this all as easy and painless as possible. She answered all of our questions, took care of any problems that came up, and offered more than I thought any real estate agent would. Lisa is kind, honest, and beyond helpful. She made sure that my biggest priority was caring for my mother, and not worrying about the process of selling the house.
