When we are ready to sell, we will use Lauren. She gave us so much great information and she is so helpful!

Lauren is Amazing. We had a previous realtor and had to stop as it wasn't a good fit. When we switched it Lauren everything because easy. She explains everything clearly, researchers uncommon issues, and is extremely patient. I interviewed about 6 realtors and she is by far the best. I plan on using her for my next move and recommend her to everyone! read more

It was awesome working with Lauren! She was handling both selling the home and the new purchase at the same time. We were able to negotiate the timing and the closing to work out with the moving schedule. She was always responsive and worked really hard to get things done! Would highly recommend for anyone who is selling and purchasing, she is super knowledgeable and provided great value to everything! read more

Lauren was wonderful to work with! I am grateful for her expertise in the housing market in our neighborhood, the info she provided about the process and scheduling, smooth management of upgrades and staging, walking us through complex paperwork, setting the right price, and getting a result over asking price. It went so smoothly and quick. Most importantly, her kindness, generosity, and personal care for our situation was always present throughout the process. Could not have asked for better! read more

Lauren is one of the top realtors I know. She consistently exceeds expectations for her clients, is an exceptional communicator, and most importantly is a wonderful person with high integrity. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, Lauren is someone you really need to contact. She will will walk you through each step of the process from start to finish and leave you smiling when the transaction closes. I highlly recommend Laura for all your real estate needs. read more

Lauren was great to work with during the process of selling my mom's condo. She was able to get us above the listed price and handled all the details like the pro she is. She is very knowledgeable about the Santa Ana market and was able to close the deal in less than a month after posting the condo. Incredible job by her and the crew she works with to do repairs and remodel work. I highly recommend Lauren. She is outstanding. read more

This review is 6 months overdue, but Lauren was amazing at helping us purchase our first home at the end of 2022. Our offer was selected as the winner, beating out 3 other interested parties. Lauren was easy to work with, responsive, understands the needs of a family with young children, and helpful at convincing me that I was making the right decision even though we were "buying at a high." We absolutely love our house and credit Lauren for making it happen. read more

Lauren is SO good at what she does. We have bought and sold multiple houses to only come to the conclusion that our other agents would never live up to the knowledge and service she provided us. We bought a house with Lauren and and two years later sold with Lauren(within those two years we owned, she was able to get us 200k+ more over what we initially paid). She's always worked around our timelines and made everything easy for us. I don't think any real estate agent will live up to the standard she has set! read more

Lauren is a fantastic realtor and overall the most patient person I've ever met. When it comes to explaining the process she was very clear, honest and helpful. Lauren was also quick to respond to all our questions and concerns. I feel she went above and beyond all our expectations in a realtor and I don't think we could've handled the negotiations of multiple offers and the multiple documents that required time and research. She made everything go smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way. When I get ready to sell or purchase another property I'm definitely going to ask for Lauren's professional expertise! She's the best and is worth every bit of her hard earned commission!!! read more

After researching the best agents in the area, and interviewing two of the most recommended, we chose Lauren to list the house I inherited in Orange, and I am very satisfied in all regards. She is very professional (with a personal touch,) great at communicating, and secured a cash offer with a quick escrow that was above my expectations. Highly recommended! read more

The best decision we made was to hire Lauren. Her knowledge of the market and her marketing strategies resulted in multiple offers with a sale price substantially above list. She made the entire process easy, from overseeing repairs and staging through the clean out. All details were clearly and promptly communicated and she was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. We couldn't be happier with the service she provided. You will be in good hands should you choose Lauren to represent you. read more

I worked with Lauren on a lease recently that fell through due to personal reasons! However, during our time working together she has been so great to work with! She is quick, knowledgeable and just so friendly!! Thank you Lauren for all your help and I'm really sorry for the unfortunate events! read more

This review is long overdue! Lauren helped my brother and me sell our rental condominium in orange. I took a chance and sought out Lauren from her Yelp reviews. Wow, I'm sure glad the reviews were accurate! Lauren hit the ground running and started preparing even before our tenants moved out. As soon as our tenants moved out, Lauren had the necessary repairs made and had an open house scheduled that first weekend the condo was vacant. We only needed one open house. We received multiple offers over asking price and sold the condo within a week. Lauren negotiated for a short escrow. And helped the other agent (who seemed like a novice) through the process to get us to close. My brother and I only made one mortgage payment while the unit was vacant (which was one of our concerns - paying months of a mortgage on a rental property without a good offer) before the condo was completely sold. Lauren knows the area, knows the real estate market, and knows her clients. You will not be disappointed if you choose Lauren. read more

I loved going home hunting with her! read more

Enjoyed working with Lauren she was able to guide me through the process and help with Tips great job Lauren thank you very much

Lauren is absolutely amazing. By luck, I found her online while searching for realtors in OC. I have worked with several realtors in the past and she by FAR went above and beyond for us. She is extremely knowledgable and would ask all the small questions you would never think to ask as a buyer when walking through homes. What I loved about her the most is that she knew the house buying process inside and out (even during a pandemic). She always pointed out the good and the bad, the pros and the cons. I never once thought she didn't have my best interest at mind. I feel so fortunate and grateful to have used her!! read more

I've worked with several realtors over the years. Lauren has advised me on multiple occasions over the last few years. Unfortunately, we did not end up purchasing with Lauren because we purchased a new construction project that didn't allow buyer realtors. However, I would certainly recommend Lauren based on her vast industry knowledge, attention to detail, and tenacity. Lauren was personable and thorough. She is very knowledgeable about Orange County and never rushed any of our appointments. Although we had a long search process, she was very understanding, always professional, and never pushy. I highly recommend Lauren for your real estate needs! read more

Lauren was very professional throughout the whole process. It was especially nice to wake up in the morning and recieve an email from her with all the new listings and listing changes within your criteria. Lauren was super friendly and very responsive when we wanted to look for something specific or what we didn't like about a house. Lauren remained professional and courteous throughout the final process as it was an extremely stressful and exhausting situation dealing our seller. We can definitely say from experience, Lauren will fight for you if you're not happy with something. We found our perfect first home thanks to Lauren and her knowledge and experience. When we move on to a bigger home we will be calling Lauren back for guidance. read more

Lauren is such an amazing and phenomenal woman and professional! As a first time home renter, there were so many logistics that I didn't know about, and Lauren was incredibly patient and walked me through the entire process, providing wise advice, and guiding me to make the best choice for my family. She made herself consistently available and kept the lines of communication open for any questions or concerns I had. She advocated on my behalf in the negotiations process with our landlord and property manager. She listened to our needs intently and made sure to find the right fit home for us! She is compassionate and personable and took care of us beyond her role and responsibilities. She is a highly competent, intelligent, and seasoned realtor and agent! The home we are renting now is absolutely beautiful and perfect for our dream home and that was all because of Lauren's expertise and guidance in this process! I would highly recommend working with Lauren for your future home renting and buying goals. I am definitely looking forward to working with her again when I'm ready to buy a home! My husband and I relocated from New York City to Orange County and spent over a year searching for a home. In the process we attended heaps of open houses and met so many agents. When we met Lauren at an open house in Old Towne Orange, I told my husband, "Lauren is the agent I want to work with". He was surprised by my urgent request to work actively with Lauren, since we had met so many agents, but he completely agreed with me that we had a connection. We just got a good vibe from Lauren. She was so kind, never pushy, and seemed to be genuinely interested in our narrow interests for an old home. Over the months, Lauren helped us make offers on several homes in this crazy competitive market, and helped guide us to the best of her ability. She worked SO hard for us. She was always available, always right there when we needed her, and at times I felt like she was my therapist. She assured me every step of the way that we would wind up in the RIGHT home, and she was not wrong. The home we settled in is the perfect home for us, and we could not be happier. Lauren is such a gem, and will always be a piece of the place we call home. I can't recommend her enough. read more
