I booked an appointment over the phone and I was told that they have a "50 dollar warranty" but once I got there I asked how much the price would be. First, they kept stalling and saying that they'd do it better than I'd think, they use "real" Swarovski crystals, and they'd give me 20% off. Once they told me the real price of it which was 85 DOLLARS I could not believe it. They reel you in with good deals but once you actually get there they slap you in the face with their reality. I do NOT recommend this place at all. UPDATE: I had to block them off my Instagram after I posted the review because they texted me about it. Not professional!!! read more

I just happened to stop in because I needed the nails done prior to a move. The salon is very well manicured (pun intended) and I absolutely love the end results! The technician that did my nails was so careful, precise, caring, and thoughtful. I could tell that they really understood and excel in their craft! I highly recommend going to this salon! They also do speciality nails, upon request. read more

Leslie R has never been in our salon. She keep texting and asking about the price with different pictures. We can do better than the picture she shows. First, she shows a simple coffin shape pink set with simple design. We responded with the price $50 guaranteed for that set and we showed some of our works via texts. Our staff promised her that if she comes we can do it and give a free design as an advertisement for our salon. Then later she sent us another pictures with a ombre set with fancy rhinestones designs and asking for the price. We said we currently offer a 20% off, just come in. We said that rhinestone set should be $85 which is already cheaper than other places. Our basic ombré set is $55. $10/ finger with stones, that set should be $155, but we charge $85 and we use real stones. Then she post bad reviews about our service even though she has never been here. She texts us again asking about the price of another set and we kindly ask her what it means about the review. Customers please understand us and what we try to offer. We are doing business and we are changing to offer better services to customers with our passion. Please help make us better instead of giving wrong info about our services. read more

I have been to sunny nails a few times and they have done an amazing job each time. If there was something I didn't like or another person saw something that wasn't perfect they would gladly fix it with no problem. They want you to leave 100% happy when you walk out the door! read more

This was my first time at this nail salon. The time they could was supposedly 6:30 pm on a Saturday. So, I call and see if I could come at 5 pm. I was worried that they would rush but was told that it was still early. I processed to go in and have dip powder on my natural nail, they many dip powders to choose from. I was impressed however, once the process began I soon became disappointed. The man who did my nails did not engage in any conversation, he rushed and did not explain what he was doing. I was very underwhelmed to say the least. I left the salon within 40 minutes. My manicure was thick, lumpy and very rough on top of the dip powder. I had two tips applied to thumb nails and they are so rough they look like giant square teeth on my fingers. I wanted squoval type nails. Then my right thumb tip cracked and broke off two hours after being applied. I tried to return to salon before 6:30 pm to get things taken care of and they were already closed at 6:04pm. I feel like I have been taken, and our 40.00 dollars. Do not go here ever! read more

I've gone to CiCi Nails for the last few years. When I stupidly went somewhere else to get my nails done on my wedding day, the other establishment opened 30 minutes late and put me behind. I went to CiCi Nails knowing they would take care of me and they did. I typically go for pedicures and they do a great job. I get a full spa treatment every time and they always add the extra design which I like. The staff is incredibly friendly and my pedicures always last a long time. I will continue to go to them even though I live south of the river now. Would recommend to anyone. read more

Overly pushy and over charged me for a simple manicure. Based on the price posted on the door and what she told me was not what she charged me. While giving me back change for a manicure she kept 10.00 and said it was for the acrylic nails she had painfully ripped off my nails. While giving me a manicure she kept asking me over and over if I want my eyes waxed she charge me 10.00 I told her no several times. She still managed to get that 10.00 by saying a manicure cost 30.00 instead of 20.00 like that sign said. To top it off my five year old can do a better job on my nails then this place. Do not waiste your time on a painful 30.00 manicure that doesn't even look good. read more

Not good! Second time I've come here. The first time was not great but don't usually decide on one visit. First and second time I was constantly bugged about buying other services. I was the only customer in there with one employee sleeping and my entire pedicure was rushed through. Would not recommend. read more

My cousin and I went for a pedicure here last week. Thought for $20 I'd give them a shot. Not a good experience. The girl working on my cousin ripped her cuticle on her pinky toe, enough to make it drip blood. My cousin asked her why she cut her toe and the girl acted like it was no big deal. The guy working on my feet asked me if I wanted my eyebrows done at least 4 times. After politely declining the last time, he pointed to his eyebrows and said "but so much." I have thicker eyebrows, but I shape and trim them myself. Not worth the extra $10 for something I can do in 5 minutes. My cousin wanted her brows done. The guy said he could do threading on hers instead of a wax. After he was done with my feet, he helped me put my flip flops on and rushed over to get started on that (not sure why, we were the only 2 there??). I went over by the entrance to wait and noticed on a few of my toes the polish was messed up. I hadn't done anything to them and thought maybe when he was rushing to put on my shoes they got smudged. I didn't accuse him of anything, just asked if someone could fix them. He accused me of bumping them on the wall. Very rude. We paid and left soon after and when we got to the car, my cousin noticed he missed a lot of hair on her brows and went back to make them do the wax to get the rest. He denied missing any hairs, so my cousin told the girl that waxed her to show him the strip. He shut up after that. Just a bad experience overall. I'd much rather pay a little more and go right down the road where I know I'll be treated nicely and get a better result. read more
