From the very beginning, they felt less like a clinic and more like a family--supportive, communicative, and genuinely invested in us every step of the way. At our first visit, we sat down with Dr. Polanski for a thorough, thoughtful conversation about our wishes and goals. Together, we created a clear plan that made us feel confident and cared for from day one. The nursing and front desk staff were truly amazing--kind, responsive, and always reassuring. We knew we could call with any question or concern and receive a thoughtful response within 24 hours, which made such an emotional process feel manageable and supported. We were incredibly fortunate to be successful on our first attempt at every step, from egg retrieval to insemination. We truly believe Bay IVF's holistic approach played a huge role in that success. In addition to excellent medical care, we were given guidance on nutrition and recommended foods to help optimize our chances, which made us feel seen as whole people--not just patients. We stated our initial visit in July 2024, and August 2025 we welcomed the birth of our boy/girl twins. We did implant 2 embryos and both implanted successfully. We stayed with Bay IVF until nearly the 2nd trimester to ensure a successful start of the pregnancy. I had an uncomplicated pregnancy and the twins were born full term and healthy! We are eternally grateful for our time with Bay IVF and wholeheartedly recommend them to any family hoping to grow theirs.

A good lab matters. They had multiple treatment plans with different finances, which really helped. Dr Polansky and Megan guided us throughout the process and we had more than one cycles of IVF (retrieval, fertilization and transfers). Although we had our heartbreaks, we finally got our baby. The whole process at Bay IVF was very smooth, easy going and felt family like as opposed to a clinic. We enjoyed that. Along the way, we decided to not go for PGT testing. A lot of our myths were busted. Our highest graded embryos did not result in pregnancy while our lowest graded embryo gave us a beautiful healthy baby. Shout out to the staff for being kind and helpful every single time. Thank you to their embryologist also. IVF in general is stressful, expensive and physically taxing for women. At Bay IVF we felt we were being well taken care of. Special thanks to Megan. The email & phone communication with her was so thorough that we rarely had any doubts, and when we did, she was always reachable and super helpful. My wife and I could not be happier. Our dream of becoming parents got fulfilled here, we are eternally thankful to Bay IVF for that. The only suggestion I'd like to give Bay IVF would be to have a dedicated room for semen collection. To anyone reading this and are deciding on a clinic, my wife and I would wholeheartedly recommend Bay IVF.

Dr. Yao has truly changed my life…read more When I was first diagnosed with Primary Ovarian Insufficiency (POI), an IVF clinic doctor told me that having a child naturally would be nearly impossible--and that IVF was my only option. I felt devastated and overwhelmed. I wasn't emotionally ready for IVF and couldn't stop thinking about the physical and emotional toll it might take on me. Around that time, I found Dr. Yao while searching for fertility support on Yelp. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Dr. Yao took a holistic and deeply personalized approach. She ordered comprehensive lab tests--not just focused on fertility, but on my entire body's well-being. She helped me understand that fertility is not isolated; it's part of a complex, interconnected system. Through her care, I discovered that in addition to POI, I also had insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances. Dr. Yao addressed each of these issues with a customized treatment plan, one step at a time. After every visit, she would give me clear, practical, and actionable steps to improve both my fertility and my overall health. Over the course of six months, we closely monitored my hormones and lab markers while I worked on building a healthier lifestyle. And then--I got pregnant naturally. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Yao has continued to support me with regular check-ins, lab monitoring, supplements, and medications as needed. Her advice is always backed by the latest research, and her knowledge is incredibly up-to-date. I've felt confident and reassured every step of the way, knowing I'm receiving the best possible care for my unique situation. In fact, I've felt more energetic and healthier during this pregnancy than I did during my first one. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Yao and credit her for so much of this journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for real, root-cause solutions to infertility or any women's health issues--not just band-aid treatments. She is compassionate, insightful, and genuinely invested in your long-term well-being. Thank you, Dr. Yao!

UPDATED REVIEW: Upon posting this review about my experience…read moreand medical findings, I had the pleasure of Dr. W messaging me and then proceeding to call to debate me for 30 minutes as to why she felt that testing for endo does not have enough evidence to support it. It makes sense, when I was a patient and asked Dr. W to test me on ERA/EMMA, she said no because there was not enough evidence. Therefore, I highly caution anyone considering this clinic. They will not test you on anything in the IVF medical world (IE- ERA/EMMA, Endometriosis) or anything else where they do not think has enough evidence to support the testing. I do find it hard to believe that a clinic would not explore all avenues and rule out any concerns by doing such tests. Testing does not provide 100% accurate results, but it does 1. eliminate the possibility, 2. If it does come back positive, then it opens the door for more things to consider and 3. give the peace of mind of the patient knowing that their doctor/clinic explored all possibilities to ensure a successful journey to the patient who is already going through so much. This review is long overdue. I was a patient with Kindbody Los Altos for ~2 years. They have an extremely high turnover rate. It's obvious the company itself is more focused on opening more facilities than they are about taking care of their employees. Kindbody has created an atheistically pleasing facility to make it modern, airy, and bright. Which they mainly focus on the exterior of their company and lack the interior. Communication - I absolutely disliked their communication. You are not able to speak to someone at the office. You have to call into their customer care center who will then reach out the office on behalf of you. When I first joined Kindbody, the nurses and coordinators would take FOREVER to respond. Even when you needed a medication by a certain time, they like to keep you anxiously waiting for further instructions. Care - I was under the care of Dr. W and Dr. J (no longer with Kindbody). They were nice when you spoke to them. But when you are spending so much time, effort, and money, you'd expect better level of treatment during your journey and wanting to find the cause of your infertility journey. Example: After 3 FAILED TRANSFERS, Dr. W tells me she needed to consult with other Doctors within Kindbody because she is stumped on the fact that I can't get pregnant. You are a doctor and you can't figure out why I can't get pregnant? She completely failed to explore all options and diagnosis until wanting to try for a 4th transfer and put me on Lupron to suppress what she now suspects as endometriosis. WHY DOES IT TAKE YOU 3 FAILED TRANSFERS TO SUSPECT ENDO? As my OB during the time, why did it not cross her mind that I may have endometriosis? If your speciality is endometriosis, how do you not rule it out? Let's fast forward from 2023 to end of 2024. I am working with my acupuncturist for over 2 years, and working with a functional nutritionist. They both ask me to get ReceptivaDX tested for inflammation and possible endometriosis. GUESS WHAT, IT CAME BACK POSITIVE FOR ENDO! No one at Kindbody thought to explore the idea that I may have endo. They really dropped the ball on my care. Wasted my time, money, and effort with them. By the way, I encourage anyone even if you proceed at Kindbody, to be an advocate for yourself. If you are diagnosed with "Unexplained Infertility" I push to get tested for endometriosis. New studies have come out that 50% of unexplained infertility is due to endometriosis.

That decision turned out to be life-changing. Now at age 40, Stanford Fertility has given my family so much joy. We have a healthy, happy 22-month-old son, and I am currently 7 weeks pregnant with our baby girl. We are about to graduate to obstetrics, a milestone that still feels surreal. Because my father passed away when I was very young, I do not know much about my family medical history. Stanford's genetic testing gave us tremendous peace of mind. We were able to screen our embryos for many genetic conditions in addition to my own genetic testing, which helped us move forward with confidence. We worked closely with Dr. Nakajima, Dr. Milki, and the entire Stanford Fertility team. They always made me feel comfortable, took the time to explain each step, and treated us with compassion and respect throughout the process. After a traumatic first pregnancy and postpartum preeclampsia, I was considered high-risk during my second pregnancy as well. Around 32 weeks, I started seeing elevated blood pressure readings along with severe white coat syndrome. I was anxious and searching for support, and that's when I found Viji. Even before our first consultation, I had a strong feeling that she was God-sent -- a true blessing -- and that feeling only grew stronger with time. Viji stepped in with so much calm, confidence, and care. She took everything upon herself and made sure I was prepared in every possible way -- physically, mentally, and emotionally. She guided me through provider decisions, helped me find the right midwifery care, and thoughtfully connected me with an exceptional midwife, Lin Lee, who aligned perfectly with my needs. Because of Viji's discernment and support in building the right team around me, my entire experience was completely different from my first pregnancy. The birth itself felt smooth and empowering -- no tears, no episiotomy, and my blood pressure remained well controlled throughout. What truly sets Viji apart is how deeply she cares and how holistic her approach is. She took the time to understand my full medical history and personal background, worked to get to the root of my previous complications, and helped me navigate provider complexities with clarity and confidence. She also combined her Jyotish knowledge to help identify the most supportive and auspicious timing for my induction, which brought me an incredible sense of peace and trust going into labor. During labor, Viji was there through it all. She supported me with Ayurvedic care, calming massages, constant reassurance, and gentle guidance. She made sure I was comfortable, grounded, and never felt alone. She even stayed with me through the entire night -- watching over me, advocating for me, and helping me make important decisions when I was exhausted and vulnerable. Because of Viji, my second birth experience became healing, empowering, and beautiful. She didn't just help me prepare for birth -- she helped me heal from my past experience and trust my body again. I will always be grateful for her presence, her wisdom, and the love she brought into one of the most important moments of my life. At the time, I had no idea what I was getting into, but I just knew I needed help. From day one, Viji completely blew me away with her depth of knowledge, insight, and intuition. Beyond that, she is incredibly caring and consistently goes above and beyond to support her clients. Through our work together, I've gained a deeper understanding of my inner makeup, which has empowered me to take greater control of my life and has profoundly impacted how I show up as a mother and wife. My mind was truly blown when she began incorporating Ayurveda and Jyotish (Vedic Astrology) to help explain what I was experiencing physically, emotionally, and energetically, and to guide how I move through my life. I have also integrated therapeutic bodywork and the Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) into my work with Viji, which has only deepened the healing process. The way she thoughtfully weaves together her diverse offerings is incredible and deeply supportive. She is truly a one-stop shop for healing on every level. I am deeply grateful for the care, insight, and dedication she has brought to my journey. Viji is absolutely amazing, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. We transported our embryos from another fertility clinic, and the difference was truly night and day. I thought my previous clinic was good until I came to RMA. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention, and organization was on a completely different level. Dr. Kort genuinely cares. He took the time to review my history thoroughly and suggested a couple of key procedures that ultimately made all the difference. He focused on getting my uterus into the best possible shape to receive the embryo, something that gave me confidence I hadn't felt before. Even then, I wasn't sure it would work, but our very first transfer at RMA took. The care team is exceptional. Everything runs smoothly and efficiently, and I never felt like just another patient. Nurse Kylie was absolutely wonderful and always responded to my questions right away, which brought so much reassurance during such an emotional process. I even had the chance to see Dr. Kort for several ultrasounds, and he was incredibly responsive through the Spruce app. He even FaceTimed me personally. I never once felt rushed and always felt heard. When I was feeling anxious about my HCG levels rising, I asked to come in for a third beta test, and they immediately accommodated me. That flexibility and compassion meant more than I can put into words. My appointment wait times were consistently under 10 minutes, which only added to the overall sense of calm and trust. If you are looking for a fertility clinic that truly cares about you and the end result, look no further. This team is invested, thoughtful, and deeply committed to their patients' success. This review is for Children's Neurology…read more My daughter has had migraines for about 5 or 6 years. She was assigned Dr. M. If I say the name yelp will remove the review. During covid my daughter had video visits or a phone call. Over the years trying to get a neurology appointment here is damn near impossible. You have to schedule literally a year ahead of time. They need to hire more doctors, it's pathetic. My daughter was on rizatriptqn 10mg. I asked if she could have the one that dissolves under the tongue because thats what I take and it hits quicker because it is absorbed under the tongue. He didn't want to do that. At school when she took the 10mg it would make her throw up every time so school would send her home every single time. The clinic tried saying that my daughter wasn't seen in 2-3 years. I told them last year we had a phone appointment with Dr. M to lower the dose, but apparently they don't keep track of that. I told them look at when the meds were put in to change to 5mg... yea thats right, then they found that it hasn't been 3 years since we spoke with the doctor. This is probably the most unorganized office I have ever dealt with. They said that we needed to come in person for a followup which we did. I asked if she can take a preventative medicine since she gets so many migraines every month. He said no. We asked about any other options. So he changed the meds to sumatriptan which didn't do a thing. I had to take he to the ER for a migraine because she didn't have any meds that worked. But this office could care less. The E.R. asked about her migraine history and I told them about her doctor and what she has tried without anything helping greatly. We were going on vacation so I called and asked if the doctor can refill rizatriptan because sumatriptan didn't work. Never got a response. I sent a message on myhealth and called every day that week. I was told every single day they would have the doctor call me. I told them we were leaving on vacation at the end of the week so need it asap. They messaged me on myhealth saying he may want to change to a different medicine. Its never a good idea to try a new med when your going on vacation let alone going to another country. I called again and again and they kept telling me he would call me back. Never happened. It's been 3 weeks,,,, 3 freaking weeks and NOTHING. Thank God she hasn't had a really bad migraine. So this last week.... again calling everyday and I told them Monday I want my daughter to have a new doctor. Again they tell me someone will call me. I call back again Wednesday and they again said I would get a call and that it went to the manager and they saw my notes. They said if I don't hear anything by Friday to ask to talk to the manager. Which I did and they didn't transfer me to the manager. They said Tracy is the manager and was talking to Morgan about it; That for sure one of them would call me within a couple hours. He kept putting me on hold, I was on the phone for over an hour which is outrageous. The guy said he needed to put me on hold again for about 4 minutes, this was about 6 times by now. I told him no, that I have other phone calls to make and asked if they are for sure calling me today, he said yes, they are figuring it out. I said highly doubtful they are going to call me because Ive heard that at least 12 times. No shock, no response. It shouldn't be THAT hard to get a different doctor, that my daughter needs her meds, this is outrageous. Im going to call my daughter prime doctor to request a referral to a different Neurology place. I wouldn't recommend bringing your kids to neurology because you wont get seen in a timely manner (can't schedule even a phone appointment for 6-12 months), never ever get a call back when they say, rarely get a response on myheqlth and NEVER get a call from the doctor when the nurses claim they will call.
