"Dahling, where have you been all my life??"…read more This is how I am feeling at this moment. 28 hours prior, I had my first "Mobile" Tanning experience with Ann - Owner/Operator of "Always on the Glow". She picked up the phone the very first time I called. No messages. No "too busy" because I'm the owner. She listened. Really listened to my pale life hardships. And, most importantly- she understood. No hard sell - "I live right around the corner - I'm available anytime!!!" Yea - that didn't work out so well. We agreed on a time. And I held my breath - as I've gotten sooooooo many bad spray tans before. So I made my first mobile appointment. And I don't think I've ever been happier!!! Ann is nothing short of fabulous. Magic. By far the most natural looking Spray Tan I've ever had! I cannot give her enough stars , I can't praise her capabilities enough! And - wow - she came to my house! No mess. Quick setup & cleanup. Consummate Professional. If you have any hesitation about making an appointment with "Always in the Glow". Don't worry. Make the appointment. Be Tan and Happy ! Like me

She took the time to have a consultation prior to the tan, asking what color I am looking for, even down to what color I am wearing for my event so she could coordinate my tan with the color I'm wearing! She made me feel so comfortable during the session and was quick and efficient. The tan itself is the perfect golden color, and so even all over my body, even the parts such as hands, face and feet that are so hard to even out! She uses a powder after the tan so you are not sticky, and it smells so good!!! I have already had several people ask me where I got my tan at! She did such a great job and I know for a fact I will be back! If you need a spray tan for any event, you cannot go wrong with Be Bronzed! I would recommend to everyone.

I really appreciate the hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in and the owner, Stephanie, is great - especially when it comes to sterilizing and sanitizing over and beyond. It's not just an "ordinary" tanning salon. They have a ton of retail, such as cute jewelry, bags (for the beach or every day life) cute T-shirts' and tank tops, and of course the BIGGEST and IMO the BEST selection of tanning lotions. Cocoa Beach Tanning offers *AMAZING specials*. Airbrush tanning is phenomenal. And last but not least; EYELASHES! I use Grande Lash after using Latisse, but that gets expensive. And it's more keep up than extensions. I have seen the girls that do the lashes work, starting wth the room which looks like it was re done and brand new with Glass French doors elegantly covered. Not much to say here except the 5 stars are well deserved!…read more I followed Evelyn (the owner) here from her previous salon Bronze Anytime in Mayfair. In all my years of spray tanning, nobody has ever topped Evelyn's work. I go to her because she prides herself on providing quality service. And it shows. My appointment was for Saturday at 2:30. Parking is available at Aldersgate across the street from the salon, but luckily I found street parking. If you're visiting the salon on a weekday, definitely park at Aldersgate. As always, Evelyn was very thorough with me. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it, and made sure the tan was flawless once she finished spraying me. Evelyn provides an exfoliant, aftercare instructions, and lotion to take home with you to use after your shower. The salon itself is cozy and quiet; the perfect addition to the Willow Grove area. Besides spray tans, Evelyn also does sugaring and lash extensions. It's not often that I get spray tans, but I will always refer Evelyn to my family and friends.

I walked in today and tried to tan buuut was told my package has expired and that the salon had changed ownership last week. This wasn't information that was provided to me upon purchase of the package. Forthcoming closure of the business that held the package wasn't announced or made public either. So basically I just lost a bunch of money and the new business owners kinda shrugged and smiled and offered to sell me a new package. Uhhh. No. I bought one. I didn't get to use it. It didn't expire. They sold their business. It was my bad luck. So while that might just be that, it's also just poor customer service. And it's a lousy integration strategy for the former customer base. You'll have a poor customer retention rate, I'm gonna bet. Overall, C- !!!I'm over it. When I could get in there during their limited hours everything was very rundown, old, NOT lux.
