Chopper project restoration
Jason C.

Went in with a project that had to get finished so brakes can work on vintage chopper cruiser. She did the job on record time with a ridiculous cheap price. So now This is my go to place for bike restoration projects and also regular maintenance on wife's bike too. Thanks so much our neighborhood is blessed because you are here. I love your dog and other pets/children too so respectful and helpful as well. Just love this shop and appreciate the vibe here .

My updated beach cruiser.

The attention to detail and customer service are outstanding. I highly recommend checking out their shop for service and/or purchasing your set of wheels. I am happy to report it is a woman owned business. Thank you again for bringing my bike back to life. It looks and rides fantastic.

Italian racing bike from the 80s.

Wanted to restore my vintage race bike and I saw some classic bikes in the store so I stopped. Wonderful job on the bike including obtaining parts fitting the style and era of the bike. Thank you!

It's a tough time for everyone but rudeness and lies are still not okay.

What a disappointment this place is. To start let me just say that I understand everyone is having a tough time but that's no excuse. This place was so rude to me. I did everything by their rules and left my bike to be adjusted for 24 hours even after they I Hillatold me it would only take an hour or so with an appointment. I called and texted to confirm it was ready and they did not respond when I came to get my bike that was not done 24 hours later Courtney was so rude that it left me almost crying. She said it wasn't done and didn't know when it would be so just take my bike. My bike is my relief from this craziness and I truly hope people stop going here. Update: After my traumatizing experience I went to Bike Attack in playa and they were so amazing! Turn around in 20 min and everyone was friendly and wearing mask! Yea!

Rude ass boss lady lol. Went too far on her title. we can't blame her tho. She might have bipolar issues

Go here if you're wanting to spend top dollar for regular bike accessories. Plus no returns are allowed. It's definitely convenient tho.

I was able to look at the helmets in the cupboards in the back that were not on display. There's meter parking in front of the shop. I was ready to…read morepay in full for it, but salesman talked me into the 'Extended Pay' program through Synchrony Bank and the 'Freedom to Ride' program! IF YOU CAN PAY, DO NOT USE THIS PROGRAM!! They automatically give you a credit card, over 30% interest! Before I got any paperwork for the 'free loan' they sent me an unsolicited credit card with interest on that card over 30%! I thought it was an unsolicited credit card so I cut it up and threw it away. Almost instantly, I got daily comments through text messages, why have you not activated your credit card? Your credit card needs to be activated immediately!! I don't want their over 30% credit card!! Followed by texts, counting down days to payment due! When I try and set up account on the Synchrony bank app., to make a payment, I find that without a Synchrony bank account or their credit card, They tell me that they can't find me and no payment can be made at this time. No Credit Card or Checking or Savings account, located with Synchrony. So I call them and get someone with extremely limited English at the Offshore Call Center!! This person tells me that they will only accept payments through the Synchrony Bank. Either mail a check or money order, or my personal bank debit card information. Tried to pay in FULL using my personal debit card, but would not accept payment more than $500.00. I am glad this is a one purchase only transaction, because I will never go back to a business that insists on me using their payment program, instead of letting me go ahead and pay for my purchase at the time of purchase! P.S. I do enjoy the trike, just not the company that I have to make the payments to!! I just won't be going back very soon to this business! I located a shop near me that lubed the squeaks and will do any future repairs I may need. Also, their "chat" is not actually live. They tell you they will contact you in a few minutes, but it's been over hours and I'm still waiting.

Took it for a test ride downstairs where this dude literally re-taught me how to ride a bike in about 5 minutes. Tons of tips, tons of extra info about bikes, equipment, maintenance, etc. The bike itself has turned into an extension of my legs around town and am now already thinking about getting something to go longer distances when I go outside of DTLA. Went in to fix a flat a couple weeks after getting the bike and the maintenance guys were fast and friendly. Great place

I brought my e-bike here for a front brake lever repair and new pads. I specifically said if the…read morelever couldn't be properly repaired, DO NOT replace it because I already had a replacement coming. About an hour after pickup, the bike completely lost power and went into anti-theft mode. Another battery didn't solve it. I returned asking them to check whether anything could have been accidentally disturbed during the brake work--not to accuse anyone, but to troubleshoot what happened immediately after their repair. Instead, I felt dismissed. Rodney, the person in charge, repeatedly insisted that because they don't do electrical work, they couldn't have contributed to the issue, while talking over my concerns. I later contacted an independent e-bike specialist on my own--not an employee of this shop or someone they referred me to--who repaired the electrical problem. He couldn't conclusively determine the cause, although he said the lever repair could potentially have played a role. What IS certain: the very next day, the brake lever I paid this shop to repair failed badly and had to be replaced. Thankfully, I wasn't going downhill or riding in heavy traffic. I wasn't looking for an admission of guilt. I wanted my concerns taken seriously and a safe, dependable brake repair. Unfortunately, I received neither.
