I travel with a Service Dog and this place gets a 4 paw salute. No issues at all. Really makes me feel welcome. You go up to the counter and place your order. We both got the buffet with drinks. They are in the midst of remodeling, and the cashier let us know where we could sit. She was very nice and friendly. We took our drinks and tray to a table behind the buffet. Mom filled her plate first, then I followed suit. I got back to the table and mom is raving about the fried liver. Not my thing at.all...but she was impressed. I said, "I can," meaning I could move a few tables. Apparently she decided I meant I was going to make a man sitting in the corner move. Instead of asking me what I meant, she followed me around telling everyone that I said I was going to force him to move. She said it several times. I never said that. The man ended up getting up and leaving because SHE made the whole situation uncomfortable. It was ridiculous and embarrassing. She embarrassed me in front of a whole group of people over something I never even said. I was visibly shaking and asked for a manager, and apparently there wasn't one there. Then later she came over to our area, even though she wasn't working that section, and brought silverware only to me. I still have no idea what that was about. Pocahontas is a halfway point for us on many travels, this was our first time visiting China Star.
