Instead, the job was subpar, with visible debris, including hair, trapped under the film. I contacted the owner, Jason, who assured me they would make it right if I brought it back. When I returned, I carefully marked the affected areas to help them address the issues. Instead of fixing the problems or even discussing possible solutions, they removed the tint entirely--without consulting me--and told me to take my business elsewhere, claiming it "wasn't worth re-tinting." I brought the windshield back in good faith, expecting professionalism and accountability. Instead, they took it upon themselves to undo the work rather than correct their mistakes. For the price they charge, I expected far better workmanship and integrity. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

We had been wanting and needing window coverings for our loft for some time, but were stymied when it came to knowing where to go. Then I found the booklet, and was pleasantly surprised to find out this business was just a few blocks from our home, so we went to check it out. The shop is owned and operated by Doug Scheibner, and not only is he a window covering guy, he's an interior designer. But the great thing about Doug is that he really listens to what you want, and then he comes to your place and sees what you need, and then he comes up with a plan to make you totally happy. Prices are very reasonable for custom made window coverings. And service is beyond compare ... Doug goes the extra mile for his customers. He is truly a nice guy and a pleasure to do business with.

His product and service is what would be considered phenomenal while the contact/support aspect (such as scheduling) falls way short. I've moved to try a different tint closer to home since I have had no contact. If you have the time and patience and mark communicates with you I do strongly recommend him still.
