I felt so at ease and felt like Dr. Patel understood the challenges I was having getting rid of my hyperpigmentation (Asian skin can be tricky to treat with lasers and other procedures). I love how friendly everyone is there and I have seen both Dr Patel and Dr Desai and both ladies are incredible. I thought this was normal until I went to LaserAway. The results have been fantastic: minimal pain/swelling, no blistering. They are clean, professional, and offer multiple package options to meet different treatment needs. I highly recommend them for this service and will continue using them to remove my tattoo. Update:: After returning for my second tattoo removal treatment, I decided to look into the Clear + Bright laser facial. I had this service done about a week ago and am so pleased with the results. My focus was on hyperpigmentation and texture. Overall the experience was pleasant -- they provided a numbing cream and a thorough explanation of what I could expect from the treatment. The service itself was quite fast and I did not have any adverse reactions. No joke, I have been GLOWING ever since and will gladly do this service again in the future. Go get one, you won't regret it!! Customer Service:: Every experience I have had with their reps has been great - very friendly, knowledgeable and they all have an obvious passion for what they do.

I double checked because I thought there was a miscommunication. Nobody contacted me. Poor PR. Get a groupon, folks! Oh, wait... there's a response... NO "confusion." My armpit regrowth was already gone in two sessions with them.

The facility is very nice and the rooms where they do the laser is always kept very clean. The staff is nice and scheduling an appointment is very easy since you can book weeks in advance. The laser itself is a lot less painful than waxing or threading. Update: if you express your concerns with your hair still growing they will raise the strength of the laser, it does hurt a bit more than what you usually get but I say it's worth it. I noticed after the 4th or 5th treatment I was still getting quite a bit hair growth on my jawline/sideburns and the tech increased the intensity of the laser and now my hair growth reduced significantly. I do still get hair growth but it is after 5 or 6 weeks of the treatment. I always had a lot of hair on my face due to my ethnicity and genetics so I knew 8 sessions was not going to suffice. Luckily, they were offering a deal for full body for $800 (original price is $1,300). I bought it because if it's anywhere on my body I want to be hair free it's my face! Also, now my entire body can be hair free! Plus buying a package with them gives your the lifetime warranty so you can come in for touch ups on specific areas anytime after your initial treatments are done!

I started using Prime Laser in 2016 and purchased multiple laser treatment packages over the years…read moreand initially had good results. After taking a break between 2021 and 2024, I resumed treatment this year (I used to visit their Katy location, but after moving, I switched to the Sugar Land location for convenience). This year, I've had four laser sessions, each spaced a month apart, but I've seen no hair shedding or improvement. During my third session, I asked the technician to increase the intensity, and she set it to 20 j/cm2. Despite this, I experienced no shedding at all. So, for my fourth session, I again requested a higher intensity. The technician moved me to a different room, explaining that each machine has a specific intensity setting. When I asked her to go beyond 20 j/cms, she said she needed the manager's approval. The manager informed me that 20 j/cms was the highest setting they would use on my skin type (am black with caramel skin color) despite my explaining that this level wasn't working and I had no shedding at all. She insisted that it simply means I would need to buy more sessions to see results. This left me frustrated, because I am not a novice to laser hair removal and I used to have good results, but now I felt like I was being told to keep shaving and returning monthly for ineffective treatments without any noticeable progress. When I checked other reviews, I saw many similar complaints, indicating a shift in the business's priorities. It seems they're more focused on pushing customers to buy more sessions rather than achieving results. I am writing this review exactly 2-weeks post my last session, my hair is growing back and not a single hair has shed. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed in this business's approach and won't be spending any more money here.

I had a consultation with Dr. Kami Owen at You Only Younger. During the appointment, she described…read morea device called "RASHA®" and said it could treat me remotely over Zoom. The explanation involved terms like scalar energy, quantum fields, base-12 frequencies, and advanced sound technology. No scientific evidence or plausible biological mechanism was provided to support how a machine could treat a physical condition remotely, and I could not find any credible sources validating these claims. During the consultation, Dr. Owen also asked if I thought I could get better. When I said I didn't know, she stated, "With that belief, you'll never heal." While I agree that mindset can support recovery, I do not believe that belief alone can cure a physical condition. This comment made me uncomfortable, as it seemed to suggest that healing depends on belief rather than evidence-based treatment for my condition. Overall, I was concerned about the lack of verifiable evidence for the therapy and the framing that healing depends on mindset. I would encourage anyone considering this type of treatment to ask detailed questions, request published evidence, and carefully research before proceeding. I wanted to believe. Maybe I'm a bit skeptical at this point in my journey?
