Don't buy their LED Daylite Mini Headlight…read more Overly expensive and bad coverage. I bought one 2 years and 4 months ago. The on - off button has lost its ability to easily turn on. I can turn on but you have to push it really hard and several times to get it to turn on or off. Called to get it repaired. They only cover 2 years and after that, they do not repair them. You can't even pay to have it repaired... They just tell you that you have to buy a new battery. Do NOT buy this product. There are plenty others on the market which are cheaper, lighter, better quality and can be repaired.

Was happy that the Feasterville location opened, as it is close to my house. I had always been happy with my experience at ForEyes as a long-time customer. Until this time. In picking out frames, Lamia continued to bring me frames that were not my style - even after I explained to her what I was looking for and showed her examples. Even worse, at one point she went out to smoke a cigarette, and came back REEKING, forcing me to be exposed to the toxic odor and chemicals coming from her. My pick up experience was even worse. An employee who had no idea what they (not sure of the gender) were doing, and made me stand there for several minutes while they just cluelessly kept typing stuff into the system - until finally an employee who knew what they were doing came up to rescue them, telling them that they could just let me go with the glasses and that they just needed to keep the paperwork. I am utterly disappointed in this year's eyeglass purchase experience, and questioning whether I will go back - which is sad, given the 40 years of me being a loyal customer of the For Eyes retail institution.

The price was…read morevery reasonable, but unfortunately, with her first new pair, she couldn't see clearly at all distances. 20/20 made adjustments, but still the specs didn't work correctly. So, they re-ground the lenses but these weren't exactly right, either. As further evidence of their patience and good service, they offered to re-examine her eyes and try once again. By that time my wife knew she would soon need cataract surgery so the glasses, even if re-made correctly, would only be useful for a few months. Happily, rather than try to fit her with glasses that wouldn't be very useful, they refunded our money. 20/20 really tried to get them right for my wife. You couldn't ask for better service. A winner in Doylestown!

Best service ever! I…read morebought a pair of glasses about one year ago from Warby Parker. One of the frames needed a repair as the spring that held it together broke. I inquired if they had a service for repairs and the associate told me she could take care of it for me in less than ten minutes and not to go too far. She saw that my case that held the glasses was damaged and without me asking gave me a new one. This Warby Parker is located in the Promenade in Dresher. A very nice area to shop, eat, and perhaps do some grocery shopping as they have a Sprout's nearby as well. I would highly recommend this place based on their customer service, location, and selection. As always people SYOY!!!!

Josh was AMAZING!! I have been looking at Chrome Hearts eyeglasses for many years and after visiting so many boutique eyeglass stores along with the Chrome Hearts store on Washington Street in Manhattan, I decided to pull the trigger. Once I decided on them I did not know how difficult it would be to find a store that had them in stock and at the best price. This is where Josh made me a believer. What's sets Chrome Hearts apart is they use only the highest quality materials and their commitment to slow, artisanal craftsmanship. Every pair of glasses undergoes a tough quality control process. They use only the finest materials, such as .925 sterling silver and premium-grade lenses, to ensure that their products are both durable and visually a conversation piece. The other stores I visited did not make me feel wanted as a customer, did not have the model and color I wanted in stock and did not offer the best price. I wanted the glasses to wear for an upcoming conference and awards meeting at the of September. I first came to Josh in Early July. He did some checking and felt confident on meeting the date I gave him even though others couldn't. He knew I was set on the Chrome Hearts pen 15 and was committed to find them. In the end I just picked them up on September 9th not knowing what he went through to make this happen. After I picked them up he shared that all indications were that through the normal ordering system he would not be able to deliver them until February 2024. Josh was not discouraged, literally did a world wide search and negotiated to get them from Asia on the promised price. He showed me all the emails he had to send to accomplish this feat. I can only say I was blown away by his commitment, dedication, poise and honesty. I would highly recommend them and will be beck for eyeglasses in the future.

My attention was immediately captured by a stunning pair of Thom Browne tortoise shell glasses. Because I have no willpower whatsoever, I went in and asked to try them on. Though my vision is quite good at 20/15, I love a good pair of statement eyeglasses. The Thom Browne tortoise shell glasses were just the statement I've been on the hunt for. I love the classic tortoise shell color with the sleek, modern rectangular lines of the frames. I knew I was in trouble when I tried them on and they looked great on me. At $675, they are also an investment, though I'm a big believer in buying less, and spending more for quality. Josh of Kitto Optical encouraged me to snap a photo of the frames and take my time thinking about it. The next few days I was STILL thinking about the Thom Browne frames and called Kitto Optical to buy them. Josh answered the phone and was so nice and helpful. Not only did he give me a great price on the frames, he also offered to personally drop them off at my house in Philadelphia so I wouldn't have to wait to get them!!! As I don't have a car, I was blown away by his thoughtfulness and consideration. Thank you to Josh and Kitto Optical for delivering a truly exceptional experience and understanding that glasses are more than just glasses!! I would 1000% trust buying from them again. Kitto Opticals offers the luxury eyewear that is hard to find with amazing customer service that you won't get anywhere else.
