I was warmly greeted the moment I walked in, the frames sales floor was clean/modern/stocked/inviting and easy to navigate, and I was into my eye exam within five minutes (yes, FIVE). The first gal who helped me was amazing (Diane?) - she handled some of the preliminaries on my eye exam and told me about the optical scan for an extra nominal charge ($30/35), and explained it perfectly so that I had to have it, and felt comfortable with it. After we concluded the preliminary eye exam, I walked out to the sales floor to peruse the frames for a hot minute or two before being warmly greeted by the eye doctor (James) who was excellent--knowledgeable, professional, and made everything easy to understand without a hint of rush. From there, the lovely team member (Shelly) who helped me order my frames and check out sealed the deal. She was super helpful and kind - navigating through her online system to try to locate my vision insurance provider. She even went in the back to try to find one of the frame colors (that didn't appear to be on the sales floor) and made sure I had the eyeglasses that I really wanted and then carefully explained the pricing in a way that I completely understood what I was purchasing. In fact, I ended up purchasing two pairs, I was so impressed with everything. Every single person I interacted with was clearly well-trained and delivered what I can only describe as platinum-level customer service. Everything was explained clearly, the process made total sense, and the timing? Flawless. I was in and out in under an hour, glasses are already on the way, and they'll be arriving at my doorstep in Sonoma about two weeks. Efficient, friendly, & genuinely enjoyable--who knew an eye appointment could feel this good? 10/10, no notes.

She made the necessary measurements and told me that I would receive my new glasses by mail in about 14 days and that I could come in if I needed any adjustments to the fit. My glasses arrived and I love them. She also adjusted my WP sunglasses which I had bought many years ago. I like that they have so many styles available and that I was able to purchase RX glasses for $95 which also came in with a sturdy case.

I was pleased with the selection of children's frames, the only place I looked because my face is so small. However her name is spelled, I can't rave enough about the professional and friendly service from Sagan (Sehgen). I returned on 12/30 to leave some old frames for new lenses. After returning home, I left a message for the shop inquiring about ordering a pair - Amanda immediately called me back and made the order happen with such ease. I'd taken a photo of myself wearing the frames I wanted and told her my prescription strength - she was able to do all the calculations for my lenses based on the photo I sent and we handled the invoice electronically. Throughout the whole process, she was super receptive, warm, knowledgeable, and helpful, ensuring me that if the lenses weren't perfect, we could always redo them. I went in to pick them up and wow, they are totally perfect! I've never had lenses that seemed so precise and well crafted. What's more, Amanda and her coworker were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We love visiting Petaluma regardless, but it's fun to have another excuse to head north from Larkspur. I'm a convert and now wouldn't even think of getting eyeglasses anywhere else. I bought at least four or five pairs of glasses and probably an extra pair of frames. I get warranties on the items every time. So I go in there with a pair of glasses that I stepped on it's my fault. But my warranty covers a replacement frame. By the way the frames are very inexpensive frames. They're probably costing less to them than actually the warranty is costing me. I've never had to go into this place three times to get something done. I've gone in three times and I'm super frustrated. Drew, where are you? When do you work cause I'll come in then! So the first time this lovely lady fixed my glasses and assured me they would be fine. They were still completely bent not as bad as when I brought them in and she did get the lens back in. The main issue is one of the lenses keeps falling out. And I told her it will probably fall out again and she says oh no I fix them. Episode two I come back again after setting them down and having the lens fall out. And Meyn knew the frames are still bent at this point not from additional damage. But from the original repair. She get tweaks and Ben And as a new Scroo. Which keeps Luce, but she keeps tightening it. And she assures me now that these frames are still good and long as the frames are not broken they're not gonna replace them. Well, the frame well the frame is not snapped in half and the arm is still on it, but these frames are broken. They do not hold the lens. It keeps falling out and dropping onto the ground behind my bed scratching every time on something. So now I am having issues with my lenses being functional, especially the right one. Anyway, you can tell I am not very happy! It is Sunday and I'm taking an overnighter to fly across the country. And to drive back with a car. And I don't have functional glasses. I managed to squeeze in one more minute to take another visit to see if I can finally get a replacement frame. I will gladly pay for a new frame. I just want one the holds my lenses in.
