Obviously upset I took them back to Lens Crafters where I had purchased them. I didn't feel like I was holding them too tightly but I'm sure it was something that I did on my end rather than it being a manufacturer defect. I already searched online and after reading Ray Bans warranty and entering my case scenario in, the outlook was bleak. I was going to have to pay $$ for a new frame. As I walked in, I was greeted by a woman who I'm assuming is the manager. I explained what had happened and she stated that there was nothing they could do and recommended that I check with the jeweler at the mall to see if they could weld them back together. I think she sensed that I was frustrated or maybe it was divine intervention...either way, she immediately stood up and walked over to the wall of frames. She found my exact frames, walked back to the desk and immediately swapped out the lenses. I asked what I owed her and she told me nothing. I was shocked to say the least. I explained to her that I had been getting a lot of bad news lately and that this was a very big blessing. I asked her if I could at least give her a hug and she agreed. I'm so happy to see that there are still people out there who care about their customers. I will never go to another business again, even if it means I have to pay more. It's the principle of the matter! That you God and God bless this young woman!!

Place was clean and welcoming. The doctor was fast yet efficient which was nice. They have this new technology where they hold up the iPad/tablet to your face with the frames on. It takes your measurements instead of relying solely on self measuring. That way it's accurate, HOW COOL IS THAT! My glasses came in so fast too not the week they had originally given me. My only down side would be not having a hard case or glass cleaner pad when given the glasses. It comes in a baggie and apparently the baggie can be used to clean it as well which didn't quite work for me. Luckily I have an old cleaner that works fine. Would still definitely recommend!

I was in dire need of getting a new pair of glasses as the pair I had broke and I did the "tape…read morejob" on them longer than I should have. Also I knew that I would need to get bifocals which I had some anxiety about because some acquaintances were struggling with theirs that just got them. I made sure to clearly state that I wanted something that did a smooth transition. After a fairly brief examination and a determination of what my current prescription would be I picked out two frames. I was shown the lens options that eased my concerns quite nicely and patiently waited about two weeks for them to arrive. Once they did I went in to try them on and get them fitted. One frame had a scratch that the lady fitting me pointed out on the frame and was something that happened in the lab. I didn't even need to ask as she ordered new ones automatically. Those arrived pretty promptly. I love my new glasses and switch them out throughout the week and getting used to the bifocals was not as much of a struggle as I thought it would be. Everything was handled quite well and I look forward to going back another time. A very good experience!

Two years ago I had trouble scheduling an appointment on their website because we have a larger family than their system would accommodate, I called to ask for help scheduling direct with them and was refused service and directed back to the website that wasn't working for me.. We didn't get in that year as a result. A year later I needed to get in before my insurance changed. I went on their website to give them a second chance. Scheduled the appointments. A day or two before I realized I hadn't gotten an appointment reminder, so I called them and was told we didn't have appointments and that "sometimes the appointments in our system don't go through." they rescheduled me to the Puyallup location. That was fine. My son needed a diabetic eye exam which I Scheduled that at the same time and provided my sons medical insurance at the time of booking. Two weeks later, on Friday afternoon, I got a call letting me know they needed a referral from my kids doctor that day or they would reschedule the appointment. "I don't understand, I gave you the insurance information 2 weeks ago, why am I only hearing back now?" to which she replied, without empathy or apology "Do you want to reschedule or not?" this place is just not worth it. GO ELSEWHERE.

Due to my schedule as a Flight Attended I ended up not connecting to complete the transfer in what was described to me by the Supervisor that Crystal was speaking with "in a timely manner" - EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT TOLD THAT THERE WAS A CUT OFF DATE! I am VERY UNHAPPY with AT&T but was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with both Crystal & Noah as they both tried very hard to convey to the AT&T Supervisor how the two AT&T Sales people set up at Fred Meyer did not complete my "sale' nor tell me about any offer's "expiration"... Crystal's effort was very impressive but in the end, the person she was speaking to said NO. Noah even offered to give me one of his OWN phones so that I could take advantage of a promotion (that MY phone didn't qualify for). It isn't every day (these days) that employees work so hard to help a potential customer. I'd love it if both Crystal & Noah are somehow acknowledged for their above & beyond effortson my behalf. Even though I did not go away a happy - new - AT&T customer, I will never forget Crystal & Noah 's kindness & efforts.

Sale rep "Noah" took the time to explain what we were looking for and made some excellent suggestions about how to save $ on our existing plan. They were all very kind and knowledgeable, and willing to give you the time of day. Every minute I was here was well spent, and I walked away with a corrected eyeglass and contact prescription (a previous store overcorrected my eyes). The manager looked at my insurance with me to make sure I was getting the best deal possible (I had to choose between using my insurance for my glasses or contacts). As she collected the items to enter into your purchase system, the clerk noted there was oil leaking from the one quart of oil. I was motified as I just had those quarts next to my clothing....I was wearing white as I was on my way to a Father's Day celebration. Upon looking down, I saw that oil all over my blouse and white tank top and capris. I was so upset and yet, your counter people did and said nothing. It wasn't until I said a few not so nice words that the clerk gave me a half-assed "yeah sorry about that"! I was so angry about that throw away apology. There was no attempt to offer me something to clean it off with nor any assistance with it whatsoever. I asked for a manager's card and as it turns out, the one person who said nothing about my incident, although fully aware and said nothing, was the manager. If I was only mad before, I was fully on boiling angry that she said and did nothing. As I walked out, she dared to yell out "have a nice day". REALLY???? I don't care what I had on. As a customer, I had the expectation to buy products that were ready to be handles and not leaking. I called their customer service line and filed a complaint. When I asked about my sunglasses, the conversation quickly shifted. I explained that I had ordered new frames and that the store had kept the lenses from the pair I was replacing. She then told me she had a store full of people and didn't understand what I was trying to explain. When I tried to clarify, she responded, "That's exactly what I just said," in a rude and hurtful tone. I'm only returning to pick up my glasses because they're already paid for, but I won't be visiting this location again. To make matters worse, she called back afterward and didn't offer any kind of apology.

I told her my vision GOT BETTER first contact trial the RX was for WORSE. I almost got in a car crash they were so bad. Went back and explained and instead of getting multiple pars of trials I get one cool. Well they work but I dont know what RX they are... so I write to ask she she never responds w what the add power was, despite multiple asks. At this point Im now waiting till 2027s benefits to go to someone else. Not communicative enough, Doesn't take care of each individual if you you don't get the RX right the first time perfectly you are screwed
