I've tried on numerous shoes here and I've yet to ever find one single pair that I would even remotely consider purchasing. It kinda reminds me of a more upscale Payless and I don't do Payless. What really turned me off of this place was one of the sales guys. If not for him and the incident with him that happened, I would have at least given this place 3 stars. I was in here one night with my married daughter (yes, she had her wedding rings on), and she was trying on boots. I think we were the only customers in the store at the time. This sales guy comes up and starts flirting with her. She smiled at him and acknowledged him because she didn't want to be rude, but she did hold up her hand to show him her rings and she politely told him she was married. He continued to hit on her which made her horribly uncomfortable. He then turned to me and said, and I quote, "Your daughter is smoking hot." Ummmmmm. Hmmmmm. WTF was I suppose to say to that?! Yes, I was actually momentarily speechless. How much more inappropriate can you possibly get? I finally got my words back and told him she was married and informed him that his comment was completely inappropriate. What did he have to say? I'll tell you. He said, "Well, it's true." My daughter couldn't get those boots off fast enough and then we were out of there! I wish now I would have had the good sense to call the next day and speak with a manager about the incident. But I didn't. And now it's been too long ago and I don't remember the guy's name.

Because of this office being conveniently located next to Lens Crafters, I tied scheduling an appointment for her at Irving Eye. It took multiple calls and voice messages before anyone called me back to schedule an appointment. Fast forward to this year... My daughter is back in California but needs a copy of her prescription which doesn't expire until July of this year. The eye doctor here called Irving to get a copy of her prescription. They told my doctor that her last exam was in 2015. Knowing that wasn't true, I called my insurance provider to confirm the last claim and it was July 2017. So, I call Irving back; less than an hour later. Now, I only get their answering machine. I left a message. The following day I called again; no answer and I left another message. I then called Lens Crafters and asked if anyone was in Irving Eye's office. They told me that they had left for the day (on Thursday around pm) and they were closing their office Fri-Monday for vacation. So, I called Irving again the following Tuesday - no answer, I left a message. On Wednesday, I called and someone answered. She said she would fax me the prescription before close of business. Well, I NEVER got the fax! Its been over a week and I still have been unable to get a copy of my daughter's contact lens prescription. HORRIBLE Customer Service!
