Warning - misrepresented Cartier eyewear, defects, late delivery, and pressure to remove review…read more I purchased sunglasses advertised as authentic Cartier from Vintage Julz. The item was delivered later than promised, which already caused an issue with my intended use. When the sunglasses arrived, I immediately noticed multiple problems: * Visible smudges and marks on the lenses upon arrival * The frame does not fold properly and sits uneven when closed * Branding placement, lens quality, and overall construction do not match authentic Cartier standards when compared to genuine Cartier eyewear I own Because of these concerns, I posted an honest review describing my experience. After that review was posted, I was contacted directly by the seller and asked to send the glasses back and remove my review in exchange for making them "perfect." Screenshots of this message are attached. Additional messages show the seller dismissing my concerns, suggesting we "move on," and offering a partial credit instead of properly addressing the defects and authenticity concerns. These screenshots are also attached. Rather than resolving the issues transparently, I felt pressure to remove my review as part of any proposed solution. This was concerning and unprofessional. Based on the late delivery, visible defects, fit and folding issues, authenticity concerns, and how the situation was handled, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution or avoid purchasing altogether.

When I first called, the earliest appointment available that worked with my insurance was in July. I figured I was out of luck, but the staff were incredibly kind and actually called me back when an opening became available so they could squeeze me in before my trip. I was so grateful. The exam itself was very thorough. Unlike some places I've been where parts of the visit are done virtually, I saw an actual doctor who took the time to do a complete eye exam, including dilation and a full evaluation. It felt like real healthcare rather than being rushed through an appointment just to sell glasses. I also really appreciated how clean and professional everything was. They still have a lot of their infection-control practices in place, including hand sanitizing when you enter and cleaning frames after people try them on. As someone who notices those details, I loved seeing that level of care. My only challenge wasn't really their fault. I have a gigantic head so finding frames that both fit comfortably and look good on my face is always an adventure. I didn't have much luck finding the perfect pair this time, but that's a problem I run into pretty much everywhere. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, thorough care, and a clinic that genuinely felt focused on patients first and eyewear sales second. I'd happily come back.

Dr. Pervaiz takes her time with you during her exam and puts you at ease. What I really appreciated during my most recent exam was that we thought my prescription changed in one of my eyes so she increased the lens strength while testing my eyes. Then, she went back to double check my old prescription before deciding on increasing it. It's a good thing she cross checked because my old prescription was actually correct. They have a lot of options for glasses and work well with VSP (my vision plan). I would recommend this office to anyone looking for new glasses, contacts or an eye exam!

The staff at the other places are also not very passionate about their work. Even though this is one of the smaller optical stores that I have been, their selections of wider frames are a lot better. The staff behind the counter was very enthusiastic about finding me a pair of glasses that looks good on me. It makes the experience a lot better and he swore to give me his honest opinion. After asking me about my style preference, he was very accommodating about having me trying a few pair of glasses and at the end, I did get a pair of frames that I love. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, but then not a lot of people have a head as big as mine so I decided to put the word out here. I sure hope they do well.
