    Absolutely the WORST customer service. I was berated by the…read morestore manager, Jeremy, for returning a pair of sunglasses. I -had- been a customer for years, and recently visited the SH closer to me to replace my favorite pair, when I learned they were discontinued. I replaced with a different style, wore them out if the store, but decided when I got home that I really just wanted to try to find my old pair. I honestly don't see a problem with wanting to return them. I reviewed the back of my receipt & thought I was in compliance. Six days later, on a PLANNED trip to the nearest SH, Jeremy harassed me to the point I could no longer talk & just waited through the inappropriate berating until the refund was over. (1)he started off by telling me they were scratched and "why didn't you & the associate inspect the lenses before you bought them? That's standard protocol". I've shopped at SH for years, and I have NEVER been offered to inspect prior to purchase OR been told by an associate they were inspecting them. BTW--that scratch was so minuscule I had to have him point it out to me--and I really had no clue how to respond I was so shocked. But it didn't stop there (2) he then told me it had been SIX days since I bought them, not one. As though they had a 24-hour return policy? Like, sorry Jeremy, most people don't have a ton of free time to make returns during the work week (I bought them on a Sunday & was returning them on a Friday. Kinda standard especially for a place not really located in the neighborhood). And he kept going (3) I just had to clean your dirt & fingerprints off the lenses I honestly had no clue how to respond to all of this. If they weren't eligible for return, don't accept them. If they are, accept them. But do NOT make a customer stand through your manipulative, degrading remarks regardless of either. I literally have never been treated so poorly before in my life at a retailer. In the day and age where retail store like SH struggle to stay afloat (between online & other retailers) one would think good customer service goes a long way. Apparently not for this guy or this company. You have lost my business.
