The store was busy, so I just waited patiently and observed as the young lady that worked there made sure all the customers were being cared for. I was so impressed with the level of services and positive attitude I witnessed. When I was up next, her demeanor and professionalism never changed how she dealt with a difficult situation I'm trying to straighten my frames which she did flawlessly! I gave it to her. She goes your glasses aren't ready. We're gonna call you when they're done. They won't be ready until right before Christmas and then I was like well. I got a phone call and I was scheduled and she goes. oh that's for an eye exam but you just had one and I said so there's no point in my being here so at that time I paid the amount it was due for my glasses. I went in today to pick up my glasses and again the receptionist was rude and brisk and she's like well. You still owe on these and I'm like no I don't so then she finally goes back and checks and she's like oh you don't owe. I didn't even stay to have the glasses adjusted. I don't even know if I wanna go back to get them adjusted or possibly have them replaced because the distance is blurry.
