So, I did a little research online before heading into the store, deciding I would be buying either the Classic Original Wayfarer frames or the New Wayfarer frames; I wanted to try them on in person first to see the differences for myself. I had an excellent service experience with a helpful, dapper young man who really knows the product well. He directed me right where I needed to go, helped me select the size of frames best suited to my face, and outlined all the subtle differences between the different options of frames and lenses. Within 5-10 minutes I found exactly what I needed/wanted, and was out the door with the smile of Retail Therapy spread wide across my face! In the past, I hadn't looked to Sunglass Hut because I had the notion that it was an overpriced outlet. In actuality, the prices were exactly the same as on Ray-Ban's website and other online retailers, but with the added perks of an excellent warranty and service program; it included warranty against damage, free cleaning, and help with repairs. It was a superior customer service experience and I am fully satisfied! I wouldn't hesitate to go back when the need arises in the future.

Now the store isn't that spacious, but trust me you will instantly see glasses that you have never seen. Then I saw whom I believed was a physician leaving with awesome glasses that gave character and pizzazz. I scoped out the pair of Cartier glasses that had my interest but decided to purchase a pair of Erker frames. Finally , I have another pair of frames for one of my outfits but, this time a pair that truly fits my face and pupillary distance. After being measured, I walked out with my single vision frames completed in approximately 15 minutes. They were confident their Zeiss lab -- in Kentucky or Germany -- could handle it, and they were absolutely right. I chose a pair of fantastic blue frames that really complement my face and style. For years my lenses have been thick, but Eye Candy was able to use 1.74 glass lenses that are the thinnest I've ever had. They took a bit longer since they were made in Germany, but the first-time quality was perfect. I'm over the moon with my new glasses. Outstanding service, expertise, and results. She had a good sense of humor, was knowledgeable, and kind. I was given clear, written instructions on when my glasses would be in. I will definitely recommend them, and be back!
