So the last review that I left, it was because they told me all the right things when I was in, but…read morein reality after my initial experience, they had called me to say that the machine was broken and it was going to take about a month before they go work on my glasses and that wasn't so problematic because I told him I was having surgery and I needed them before surgery. I wouldn't be able to drive afterwards and they got them to me before I had my surgery. It was when I went to pick them up. The woman at the front counter had no idea of how to fit them on me. I told her on the right side just move the ear portion at the tip up slightly. Then she goes onto, bend the whole frame and nearly break the metal screw area off she was clearly not listening to me and she gave up easily. I wanted someone else to do them instead, but I will just take them to a different office in fact Dr Ratty's office downtown next to where I work. this woman should clearly not be adjusting frames. Look at the photos. lol. Is anyone's head shaped that way? I am sure that I will be back in the future because the prices were good, but I'm definitely remembering this woman so she does not touch any more of my future frames.

Dr. Pham spent the time to get to know my eye health history and explore any concerns I had. She provided an excellent and thorough eye exam experience. The whole staff is very helpful and friendly. Alexia, who did the begin portion of my eye exam, was attentive and nice to visit with. Agnis helped me explore their selection of glasses, and while I didn't end up buying a pair she was very kind. They have a very nice selection of men and women glasses. We are always pleased with this business. Agnes is very nice and helpful... she was able to help myself and my husband with our selection process.
