I was gifted a few Valentine's Day packages so I have tried getting a massage , facial , and mic b12 injections , and worked out at the gym they have and done Pilates too. I've had a good experience with everything . They are super busy but they do get back to you and follow up too. Pilates instructor was really good and knowledgeable. I like when instructors do a good job explaining things in detail and when they correct your form so that you actually work the muscles the exercise is intended to work. She does a good job of that. She's funny too. The gym classes are good too. But if you're new to working out it might be challenging. I was so sore after the upper body class, more sore than I have been in a long time. But yes overall great experience with everything . I feel bad I had that bad review up for such a long time I forgot about it

Well, no problem. Let me still get my 10 AM massage. I get to the salon at 10 AM. Yelp, says they open at 9 am but nobody is there. I say at about 10:01am Karina shows up. She needs about 10 minutes to prepare before we can start the massage. I'm not in a rush, so no problem. My 90 minute massage was cut down to probably about 75 minutes. When I confronted her about it, she did takeoff $10. But many people would not say anything at all. I found this to be unethical. The whole thing was rather disappointing.
