I called them on a Friday, and they arrived the following Monday for an inspection. The two,young men were very professional, clearly explaining the process they used to rid us of the bats, but in a way that did not harm them. We have to wait a couple of weeks till the babies are old enough to leave the area but will not be able to reenter. A portal is installed that allows the bats to leave but too small for them to come back in. That's the process.

They have missed a couple of appointments in the past because of their scheduling errors. Only to be told by Mark that we should go our own ways because they didn't want to take the blame and comp my account. Piss poor service from my stand point ! I would not recommend their company to anyone looking for a pest control company! Very unprofessional the way they handled customer service. My final note would be that Braden would come out in his own car and pull a backpack sprayer out of his trunk which is also very unprofessional in my book. In…read moreone visit I was asked by a young man where my husband and I have sex bc we sleep in separate bedrooms due to health. I called and they sent Bill. Issue resolved until today. The visit today was just unbelievable. I asked Bill to spray my basement first since dogs were gone. He wanted to spray outside first and I said ok but my dogs and he says "Will they be in the basement when I spray?" I just said forget it (most of us would realize I meant forget it about the basement first) and he drives off not talking to me or listening to me. If the owner treats me that way I am not sure you want to use them.
