As I waited for my chair massage, a male and female tech were clearly arguing loudly with each other. The male tech ended up doing my chair massage and right away, he was extremely heavy-handed. I stopped him and told him, and he was much lighter for a few minutes. I had to stop him again towards the end of my massage because he put his elbow into my spine, causing pain. He clearly does not know what he's doing at all. When I paid, he asked for a tip. I told him no, and that he hurt me. I always believe in tipping 20% or more for good service, but this was far from that. Sadly, I probably will never return.

But don't be fooled, I plays down for a massage and she half effort rubbed my shoulders through a towel. She walked out. Came back rubbed my neck, called another worker in they talked. the other worked rubbed oil on my one leg than they talked more and she left. The worker who was rubbing my shoulder than pats me through the towel leaves again. Comes back and wipes the oil off my legs and saids "ok we are done do you want some water as if this was a professional massage. I'm so disappointed in this place. They used to give me the literal best massage here. as somebody who struggles with chronic lower back pain I was so excited to be able to come back. What a disappointment. To make it worse when I told her "that's it?, you just rubbed my shoulders and one leg" she said this is what they do now. So sad. No wonder their reviews are bad.
