I was offered refreshments and ushered to the cozy waiting area. My therapist, Daysia, was very controlled and skilled with her massage techniques. She made the massage seem longer than it really was. Full transparency: I really only got a good 40 min of massage. I entered the room at 4ish and was given time to undress which was another 5 minutes. When the massage ended I noticed it was exactly 4:50P. I feel like quality made up for time lost, however, I wish a 50 minute massage was truly 50 minutes.

He asked about my trouble areas and gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever received focusing on the knots in my back that were causing pain. Most 1 hour massages are a clinical hour "50 minutes". They give you 5 minutes to get ready and 5 minutes to get dressed. Some places take this to the next level, I've watched the clock and received 40 minutes in some cases. Not here, after 3 visits I have never felt they were limiting my massage time or putting less effort in to the massage since I subscribed to the monthly program. I highly recommend!

Being that this place is fairly new I was able to book an appointment same day with Stephanie and I'm so glad I found her :) When I walked in she asked me if I had any problem areas and I told her mostly my shoulders and upper back because I work at a desk all day and my body gets stiff and I feel like I may have some knots. She was magic ! She concentrated in my upper back and shoulder area and pretty much got rid of all my knots ! I felt like a brand new person when I left there. The only thing I wasn't super happy about was when I flipped to my front side - she didn't want work on my shins or thighs and being that I am someone who works out and get massages pretty frequently it was odd to me that area was overlooked.
