The towel provided was far too small to maintain basic coverage, and my therapist showed no concern for my privacy or comfort when it moved. I had to continuously reposition it myself. I could not wait for the session to end. When I left a tip that reflected my experience, the therapist confronted me at checkout and told me the tip was supposed to be 20%. I told her directly that was the worst massage I had ever received. After reading other recent reviews, I see I'm not alone, multiple guests have reported the same issues with aggressive technique, lack of professionalism, and pressure around gratuity.
