I want to comment the professionalism of their team, from Ron, our sales associate who assisted in customizing the layout and finishes, to Drew, the construction superintendent, whose initial bid estimates have been accurate. Drew has been extremely responsive, answering my text inquiries promptly and coordinating effectively with his team members, including Beau and others. I also want to highlight their subcontractors, who have demonstrated a high level of skill and professionalism. They are friendly, reliable, and clearly take pride in their work, consistently leaving the site clean and free of debris each night. Since the delivery of the home, we have had the pleasure of working with Freddy from customer service, who has ensured that our home meets our expectations both after delivery and prior to final inspection. I look forward to completing the project and conducting my final review. At this stage, I am very pleased with their work and give them a 5 star review. Cathy Tuthill.

To start, we initiated the process with Brad R, Who is based out of the San Marcos office. We at the time were in Orange county so we had the luxury of viewing several models at that location, and then worked with Brad on customizations and upgrades. Brad was nothing short of amazing! He stayed in constant contact through out the sales process which consisted of many many questions(if he didn't have the answer, he got it), and various changes to plan. We ultimately landed on a Cavco Durango model that consisted of 2 bedrooms but allowed to have both a front porch and back patio deck. Brad continued to work with us extensively on the precise location of the home on our lot, which then allowed us to include a 2 car garage! As with any major project like this it wasn't without its issues and moments of stress. That said everyone involved from WMH handled them all . I would recommend working with them if anyone is considering a manufactured home in the future! Randy and Linda

I'm so thankful that I found Laser ReLevel Inc…read more I purchased my mobile home about a year and a half ago and at that time, I had a contractor do a "basic relevel" as I didn't know any better or that there was a difference at that time. When Joshua came to look at my house, it turned out it was between 3/4 and 1 inch off on one side and definitely needed precision laser guided releveling! He was very knowledgeable and came the same week that I called him for an estimate. The job was completed the following week all in just one day! He and his crew were very professional, and they explained everything every step of the way. He also recommended an interior support for my living room ceiling as one of the previous owners had removed a loadbearing wall which could be detrimental to the ceiling and roof structure. Thank goodness I called the right company! I highly recommend Joshua and his company and will definitely refer them to my clients in the future as well.

He used a laser to accurately determine the leveling of my mobile home and even brought a robot camera underneath the house so he could show me exactly what was going on. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. His pricing was fair, and he kept me informed every step of the way. Joshua brought two crew members with him, supervised the work personally, and the entire team was fast, friendly, professional, and efficient. What really stood out was the pride he takes in his work. As part of the leveling, he made sure all of my doors were properly adjusted and functioning correctly. The previous contractor had done a terrible job installing them, and Joshua took the time to fix the issues and make them right. He also repaired my skirting, fixed my gutter drain, and took care of several other small things he noticed along the way without me even asking. It's rare to find someone who is this honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing quality work. He clearly cares about his customers and wants the job done right--not just done quickly. If you're looking for someone who is trustworthy, fairly priced, and stands behind his work, I highly recommend Joshua. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you, Joshua, for going above and beyond!
