The MEAN people are getting put in their places and no longer control this park and the more tolerant LAW ABIDING people are winning out. It's definitly a welcome change....I predicted that with time the old prevailing attitude would die out....literally ! And it has and they have. We are now well on the way to a much more pleasant environment for everyone. This is still the LEAST EXPENSIVE LAND OWNED MOBILE HOME PARK in North San Diego County !!! And we are 6 miles to the beach and the San Luis Rey Bike trail is easily accessible and that's a real bonus if you like to walk or ride your bike ! R. Guy Larsen

They upgraded & improved our community. They have insured our safety from outside threats of fire & safety, & intruders. They communicate with the city for the bike path fire ,& safety. Our common areas have been fixed & painted: our garden, poker room, clubhouse, bathrooms , our pool area is top notch. New patio furniture, clean showers & fresh paint in the bathrooms. My name is Pete Hanna and I have resided in MiraMar mobile home park for 26 years and have seen many managers throughout time and I have to say the present managers Krystie and her husband Chris are the best ever. Chris is always working on projects and I don't there is anything he can't do.

I have now lived here for coming up on 4 years. Same flooding and same MOLD' issues. Park has done…read morenothing to help my "SPACE". I sit at the lowest point of the park and the drain is not big enough to keep the water off the lots on Bright Creek Lane. There are 4 homes that are. majorly affected but it also goes throughout the park due to the infrastructure needing work. The walls that are 12' high at some points are tilting towards people homes and even one of the maintenance men told my friend, "If your bedroom is here (meaning close to the wall ) "you better run"!!!! Now doesn't that make a senior citizens feel really safe? They may die in their own home due to negligence. I have been in contact with the city several times to get this problem resolved to NO AVAIL. The last visit the young punk who came out used the 78 issues as a reference point of heavy rains! Sorry folks (CITY) the 78 is your problem not mine. I now have a lung condition due to the Mold under my newly removed home that I spent a fortune on. I had remediated when I moved in so there is no other way to have Mold. It was a mud bath under my home when I moved in, wasn't when I purchased it 4 month earlier. I then had to spend $5k to have it remediated last year and tried to meet with the owner after no reply from management, they did pay for another resident on my street and yet mine is not a valid issue. I call that discrimination, We had a HO meeting in our clubhouse several months ago, (2023) low and behold the owner's son was there and not the owner. That's how they get people to come, THEY LIE!!!! He went outside after the meeting to allegedly answer questions, so I stood in line, introduced myself, put my hand out to shake his and simply asked, "why I didn't deserve a meeting". He immediately puffed up his chest, (He's 50ish, 6 plus ft tall and 250 lbs I am 68 5'4" and 115 lbs. Oh and a physical therapist" He says, funny I have a friends in the right place, and they can't find his license anywhere. He started spewing "Prove it, prove, it prove it"! Each time I tried to say anything that's what came out of his mouth. He never did let me speak and just bullied me repeatedly until I walked away. I don't know what it is with men who think because they are bigger than a woman that we don't count. COWARD is what he is! Trust fund baby also comes to mind. He also sat thru the entire meeting with sunglasses on to show you how much he knows abut business, the room is very dark already, we "ALL" had a good laugh on that one. Here we are again coming into 2024 and they did put a couple of band-aids but they still won't reply to my request to drill the weep holes where there once was (so they do know) to no avail. I've tired everything I know and have gotten no where. I guess it's time for that lawsuit everyone keeps urging me to do including the city. I tired to avoid it for 4 years, but I will not lose my health over this place. Keep in mind with the other reviews, those people do not live here anymore, AND 60% of the ones on Google are FAKE! If you read carefully, you will see their handle name, disgusting on top of everything else. Keep in mind, at a glance it, looks like a beautiful park, but as we all know looks can be VERY deceiving. I am a friend of the managers there. The owner of where Sonya rented in both parks. (Sonya is another reviewer here) told me that she disobeyed all the rules, she damaged the entire place, she had 2 huge dogs(against the rule, you are allowed small dogs) that would bark all day and night and would escape and chase people and other small dogs. She was very confrontational and would call neighbors very bad names and accuse them of things she was doing herself. Therefore she was evicted from both parks. It is obvious why she would be so critical of these parks. When she moved out, there was a party in the park, neighbors were so relieved. Now there is peace!

We're both from the San Fernando Valley and Simi and didn't come down this way very much, mostly we went North along the coast. So we looked there too but glad we settled here. The location is great. Just a couple minutes to Lowes and Markets and good places to eat. And the coast is just 15 minutes away. There is also a paved bike trail that goes down to the coast near by. The weather is great, with the hottest time of the day at noon then it starts cooling off with usually an on shore breeze. There isn't too much wind, only when a storm comes through. The mornings can be overcast but living close to the ocean it's expected as is the cool weather. The park is older but well maintained. There are 328 home spaces but most are not full time. I walk the park in the late afternoon and it has a good mix of flat and mild hills. Some of the homes have nice views and the Mission bell tower can be seen from Seagull lane. You can also hear the bells ring from there. We have owned a couple of nice homes but didn't want the upkeep as we got older. This park is a mix of old and new mobiles that gives it a cool retro vibe. We also love the diverse mix of people and feel lucky to have found a home here and we own the land it sits on. .

She yells, she screams, she does not know what she is doing and have her favorites in the park. Rules don't apply to all, only to those she does not like. She and her boyfriend, Al, the maintenance man, changed out our electrical box 3 times in one week, because he said we were not paying enough. We had 640 sq ft and our SDG & E bill was almost 150.00. I had to get the Ways and Means Department involved. I also had to call the police on the Manager, Beverly before because she and her son trapped me in her office and would not let me out. It was the closest thing to living in hell. So glad we got out when we did. FYI: It is rumored that the park has sold to a contractor. Going to tear down and build condos. This is the best thing that could happen to this park!!
