    Once again Sundance out performs! I realized that my batteries were low and after 5 years, needed replacing. This was important since I use it during our town's Avenue of Heroes ceremony that was happening in 2 days. I called Sundance this morning and even though it was last minute, Addison arrived today! It only took Addison 1/2 hour to change out and he was smiling the whole time! Best serve EVER!!! Thank you once again.

    Highly recommend- the entire crew at Sundance were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Overall, these guys were a great team - Jack over at La Jolla, and Luke, Tony and Jurell (sp?) in El Cajon, were the best. I started working with one of their competitors and ended up with Sundance. Gave me a Black Friday discount long after the day - paperwork was done quick and easy - mostly electronic - and the cart was serviced and delivered WAY ahead of normal schedule to meet a birthday wish. The cart - legally a Low Speed Vehicle, (which THEY registered at the DMV for me) had some imperfections from the manufacturer, which they addressed, mostly without my asking. The price was higher in this region than other places in the country, but it's Cali and I would have lost days going to get it somewhere else, let alone fuel costs. Honestly, I was looking for a used cart, but really, the new ones are selling for not much more than used LSV's in our area. AND I understand that the used ones have NO warranties. Financing was an easy apply online and approval was quick - at ZERO percent interest - though you will pay some fees for that. (Effective rate was less than 1% even figuring fees! Let's talk about the LSV - so cool. We got the Evolution Maverick D5 2+2 and couldn't be happier. It has better Apple Car Play than my Ram Truck - wireless! And every bell and whistle you could ask for, from a back-up camera for my bride / girls to a color changing sound bar that rocks the house via Bluetooth. So far, it's 10/10. I will update this review as the product ages and also evaluate the service commitment of Sundance - More to follow. Thanks, Sundance!

    Boston Strong!! -This review is long overdue!! My cart was delivered in April.- My experience with Kelly, Luke, Jeff and Addison can not be matched. I wish their customer service skills could be taught to the rest of the world! First of all their patience with me.... I changed my color, tires, rims, dash, rear seats, etc... quite a few times before I finally made a decision. My color is custom, and the colors are meaningful to me. ONE of the reasons it is so special to me is because it's the Boston Strong colors. See, I'm a nurse and I was volunteering on 4-15-13 at the finish line when the bombs went off. So needless to say Boston Strong is extremely personal to me. That being said, family back home told me Boston Strong belongs in Boston, not Coronado. Well, someone from Coronado spotted my cart in La Jolla show room (they put it there while waiting for me to come out west) and that person was told a little bit about my carts story. He came back to the showroom and gave Kelly a Boston Strong sticker for my cart!! I cried like a baby when Jeff handed it to me when he delivered my cart! There are some really amazing people in this world. Also, my dad helped me pick my color. It was popular back in the year I was born. My cart has a lot of sentimental value to me. I'm in love with it!! I've never loved anything materialistic in my life!! Ok, back to Sundance folks... Kelly totally helped me design it. I could NEVER have done it without her. They are VERY quick to respond to emails and calls. I had a couple of very minor issues at first (I've only had it for 2 months) and they fixed it immediately. Kelly kept me posted while my cart was being built, sent me pictures, asked me if I wanted to come in and see the paint job.... I can't say enough. I honestly felt like I was their only customer.... AT ALL TIMES. I tell everyone about Sundance Golf Carts and trust me, you will too! Can't go wrong.

I tried to keep it going with monthly water top offs, which it needed constantly, and even replaced the ignition switch when it finally refused to turn on. At a certain point it felt like I was holding the whole thing together with determination and duct tape. Eventually it gave up for good, and it was time to let it go. I first contacted Jereme in parts to see if it was even worth fixing. It turned out the company disappeared in 2012, so repairs were not going to be a smart investment. From there we talked to Jay, who helped us find a beautiful used and rebuilt cart that looks brand new and drives like it. The whole process was easy, honest, and surprisingly enjoyable. We are very pleased and thankful for Jay, Jereme, and everyone at Prestige Golf Cars for helping us get a great deal and hauling away our old cart. A shout out as well to the delivery driver, whose name I cannot remember, but he made the pickup and drop off genuinely fun. Prestige took what could have been a headache and turned it into a great experience, and we could not be happier with our new cart.

I'm used to Mercedes, Lexus and Nordstrom customer service..... Van/Christine, We are disappointed that this matter has reached this point, and we strongly disagree with your characterization of the transaction. Despite your characterization of the events on Yelp, Cart Mart did not engage in a "bait and switch." We did not attempt to mislead you, nor did we attempt to provide you with a vehicle of unknown origin. Your order was processed through Cart Mart's normal sales process using our standard documentation, deposit terms, and vehicle preparation procedures. Initially, we anticipated ordering a vehicle specifically for you. However, when an identical unit became available in our inventory, we allocated that unit in an effort to expedite your delivery and began preparing it in good faith in reliance on your purchase commitment. Our intent was simply to get you into your vehicle sooner, something most customers appreciate, particularly during our busiest season. Importantly, this was not presented to you without your knowledge or consent. As reflected in Christine's text message dated June 16, you acknowledged that we had already agreed to proceed with the in-stock vehicle, stating there had been "zero communication from Cart Mart since the last time we spoke and agreed to the other person's cancelled order." That contemporaneous message confirms there was a mutual understanding regarding the substituted inventory and directly contradicts the later claim that Cart Mart attempted to switch vehicles without disclosure. We also explained that it is standard practice throughout the industry for authorized dealers to receive vehicles from the manufacturer and complete final assembly, inspection, accessory installation, and configuration at the dealership. Exchanging standard components such as seats, wheels, or tires during the preparation process does not make a vehicle improper, used, recycled, or a "Frankenstein" vehicle. As we stated previously, the sales documents clearly identify the down payment as non-refundable. Based on that agreement, together with the work already performed in preparing your vehicle, Cart Mart does not agree that a refund is contractually required. That said, Cart Mart had been reviewing whether a discretionary accommodation could be offered in an effort to resolve this matter amicably. Unfortunately, your recent public statements include serious and inaccurate accusations regarding Cart Mart, our employees, and our business practices. Those statements make it considerably more difficult to resolve this matter informally without protecting Cart Mart's interests. If your goal is to resolve this constructively, we remain willing to discuss a written resolution that addresses the deposit issue and provides finality for both parties. We are also continuing to seek support from the manufacturer and remain hopeful they will assist in bringing this matter to a mutually acceptable resolution.
