The only downside is since the items are unique you really have to make an impulse decision to buy because it may not be there the next time you stop in. Also, make sure you have measurements for any area that you are looking to buy furniture for as they don't accept returns. For your convenience, they have little measuring tapes, notepads, and pens for you to use. They will store items here for future pick-ups; just in case you splurged on something you didn't need (We've all been there, am I right?). Make sure to follow them on social media. One in a Million is a "unique boutique," (as it says behind the desk in the store) specializing in "one-of-a-kind" homemade designer jewelry, as well as home décor items, handbags and fashion accessories, and other upscale gifts. The store, located across from the Mercedes-Benz dealer past downtown Montgomery and on the way to Kenwood, prides itself on its unique collection of jewelry from local, national, and international designers. Indeed the "wearable works of art" are unique, but of course that calls for high prices for the many earrings, rings, and necklaces, and the non-jewelry items too. One in a Million also has a lot of fancy home décor items and gifts, from something as simple as a lamp or candle to an elegant chess set or little dog figures for the dog lover. It makes sense why they say "unique gifts," as these weren't something you would find in just any gift shop. One in a Million has its share of ladies clothing and fashion accessories as well, and silk florals too. Now I don't wear jewelry or have a home for which I need to decorate, but I did think this was a very nice store. They had a large collection of unique items great for the home, in addition to their jewelry items, but I advise anyone planning to check this store out to come with a check book or a lot of cash. The items in this store were not cheap by any means, but if you can afford their items, then you could probably find a lot of great stuff. They even have an online store with many of their featured items as well, so check that out if you don't want to drive out to the store. The sales rep is no longer with the company! Be mindful of shady salesman & companies! This debris absorbs dyes, dirt, dust etc VERY VERY easily! The other 90% of Gattle's is stocked with homegoods: custom monogrammed dishtowels, bath towels, place mats, and bedding sets. They also have gifts like rubber kitchen gloves with fur wrist lining. Or lotions and candles. Very, very expensive lotions and candles. $48 for an 8 ounce candle? That's way too much for something so small. Most of the products I viewed were imported from London or France, which explains the high prices. There were a lot of nice smelling items which I would have bought had they been half...well, two-thirds of the price. Have kids to shop for? This is a perfect place for Grandma to buy the grandkids something unique. There are all sorts of clothes and toys for the luxurious toddler. The day of install they didn't have any of the hardware to put together the bed frame. They then told me that the next availability to come out with the screws would be a week and a half. Day of revisit, they didn't bring all of the screws. Going on now 2+ weeks without our bed frame and our mattress on the floor. Hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Especially when you're spending almost 3k on a bed frame.

It was supposed to be today... and they just cancelled it again. They have no idea when it'll be rescheduled. They say there isn't anything they can do about it. Customer service tells us to call the store. The store tells us to call customer service. They tell us to talk to their supervisors.... No one wants to own it... some blame the "system processes" and others blame computers and others blame their employees. They blame us for being mad that we don't... have $9000 of our furniture we ordered (of which all but a sectional we ordered said in-stock). The other one they have no idea... but assured us when we ordered it's be ready we'll before September.... Crate and Barrel is a mess. Terrible management. Terrible customer service.
