From start to finish, the entire experience was fantastic. Angel and his crew were incredibly friendly, professional, and communicated with us throughout the entire process, so we always knew what to expect. They also had the challenge of working through a very narrow pathway to access the shed with lots of overhanging plants, but they handled it with impressive skill and care. The cleanup was exceptional--you would hardly know such a major demolition had taken place. They left the area spotless, which we really appreciated. On top of the excellent work, Angel was able to fit us into their schedule quickly and charged a very fair, reasonable price. If you're looking for a reliable demolition company that does quality work and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend them!

I chose Infinity Hauling and Demo because of their competitive pricing and incredibly quick response time, and I'm very glad I did. Enrique, who manages the company, responded within minutes of my inquiry, scheduled a visit to confirm the online quote, and had the project started the very next day. A crew of four arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the job. They carefully followed my instructions to partially preserve the outer wall of the spa, removed the rest, filled the hole with soil, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward, including all the dust and debris. The entire project was completed in just a few hours. I was impressed not only with the quality of the work, but also with the professionalism, fair pricing, and how neat they left the site when they were done. I am extremely happy with the results and would gladly recommend Infinity Hauling and Demo to anyone needing demolition or hauling services.

I specifically asked if they could get the job done within a week time frame and Mike assured me that he could. They said the damage was there prior to work beinf started and I didn't want to argue - decided to just move on. Ended ip finishing the aork with the help of a friend. 2nd review after actually work completed…read more.... I don't hand out trust easily with contractors. After years in real estate, I've learned to vet hard before committing, and Fred earned it. We put him through it. Best price by a clear margin, but that's not why we picked him. We were meticulous: multiple bids, endless questions, more back-and-forth emails than any reasonable contractor should have to tolerate. Fred almost walked away from the job because we were so detail-oriented. He didn't. He stuck with us, stayed patient through every round of questions, and then delivered exactly what he promised. The demolition wrapped a full day ahead of schedule. We'd actually bet him it would take longer given the concrete he had to break through, and I won. That concrete had a story: our home was originally built by a set builder, and back in 1951 to 1954 he, his wife, and their friends poured it themselves. Seven decades later it had almost no cracking, aside from a little tree root intrusion. Fred and his crew handled it fast and clean anyway. If you're the kind of person who researches everything before hiring, Fred is who you want on the other end of those emails. Glad our paths crossed. First Review.... Fred at Coastline DC is the real deal. Our paths crossed when I was getting demolition bids, and even at that early stage he gave me his full time and clearly knew his trade inside and out. Pricing was competitive, he was friendly throughout, and he was straight with me about exactly what he would and wouldn't take on. He even pointed me to a resource that saved my family real money, with nothing in it for him. A genuine stand-up guy who knows what he wants and what he doesn't. I look forward to crossing paths with him again and recommend him without hesitation.

I then made arrangements to clear the property, scheduled other dependent work (aka roof and plumbing) immediately following, and was ready to meet him at 8:15am on the project start date. After complying, I went out and he only then told me that he underestimated the project and could not complete the demo. I now have $30k in planned work I have to cancel or postpone and am a week delayed in my renovation. This is beyond unprofessional, it's unethical. Whatever you do, don't hire Coastline D&C.
