They completed the job over two days. Both are true craftsmen. I was absent most of the time attending to errands and work. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

We have a custom window in our foyer that had wood on three sides rotting and basically disintegrating. We did not want to replace the window given how long that would take and Igor came replaced all of the wood on all sides of the window, stained it and it honestly looks exactly like it did when it was new. Not only did he do exceptional work, but is neat as a pin in cleaning up after the project was complete. We will absolutely use him again, highly recommend!

I was concerned if Igor would even come to South Shore but without hesitation said he absolutely would. We arranged a time, he inspected the windows of concern, out of the six that I was having troubles with only two needed complete replacement and the others were simple repairs. It took a few weeks for the two windows to be made, not unusual, and this past week he followed up made the appointment and finished the job. We didn't realize the roof was in such terrible shape - holes, hail damage, concrete around the bases of metal vents. Matt went through the peroper channels to make sure we have an energy star and energy efficient roof (as we requested) which is worth the extra cost! We were scheduled early on in the spring and not a moment too soon, I frantically called saying that water was coming in my ceiling light fixture in our bathroom. We were on schedule a couple days later, but a couple guys came out and tarped our roof in the interim. The job was completed in a day and a half and the team said they have not seen such warped mdf (sorry not sure on the terminology) plywood before, and it happened to be that our vents in the roof were covered the entire time. They made sure everything was uncovered to allow proper airflow. They handled everything through our insurance and were extremely professional. Bravo. I'll always recommend them to anyone looking for quality work for replacing their roof! We know who to trust when we want to install new siding and new windows or gutters! A couple weeks later we had our solar panels (different company!) installed and zero leaks!

Once the job started, Javi answered every question I had and checked in with me daily to explain the progress made and what was coming up next. The crew worked 12+ hour days in 90 degree heat, and were very respectful of my property. I have honestly never seen a crew work so hard. We had a great experience with Naperville Windows & Doors. One of our windows was blown off our…read morehouse by violent winds during a thunderstorm. We did our best to seal off the opening with thick plastic and tape until we could get the window replaced but knew that wouldn't last long. One company we called wanted over $500 just to nail plywood over the opening. In the meantime, we called two window companies to get estimates for the replacement. The first company spent very little time and was rather short with us. They offered nothing in the way of covering the opening for the 6-8 weeks it would take for the new window. Then we called Naperville Windows & Doors. Their representative came to our house and took time to listen to us and address our concerns. Shortly after receiving our estimate (which, by the way, was over $1000 lower than the first company for the same window), Don (who I believe is the owner) came out to get exact measurements. When he saw the gaping hole in our house & our makeshift repair, he offered to nail the old window into place and seal the opening so we wouldn't be without a window for 2 months. When we tried to pay him for his trouble, he wouldn't take any money. Very impressive customer service! Needless to say, we chose to go with NWD. When our window came in, Joe came to install it. He was super nice & did a fantastic job! The window is beautiful & very solid. We were very happy with our experience with NWD and would whole-heartedly recommend them. In fact, we plan to begin replacing our other windows over the next few years & will go with NWD again when we do. Thanks again!
