Worst clinic ever!!! You have to wait for 2 hours for a urine drug screening!!!! It won't even take that long to pee on a cup! Most urgent care doesn't let you wait for even an hour!!! Plus the employees are rude!!! They get mad if you asked them what's causing the delay!!!

They stop doing drug screens at 7:30 despite being open until 9. This should be advertised as working folks come for the convenient hours.

Tiffany, nurse practitioner & Katie, medical assistant were kind and caring , the kind of care you really appreciate especially when you are experiencing pain. Sam, the xray technician was great, answered all my questions and explained everything. I was well taken care of for sure. I went back for a self imposed follow-up to make sure there was nothing else to be done and to be checked out and that was on Wed, April 22. Another Melissa who is a care giver whom I have dealt with in the past reviewed everything, answered my questions with no rushing. There is a fantastic group of people at this Spring Hill AFC and i feel comfortable in knowing they really do care! Bless you all!

TLDR-- Clean, nice staff, long wait time, probably would never draw blood again from here…read more The Review: The nurses were kind, the establishment was clean, and the services they had were plentiful. My experience, however, was not the best. The waiting time was surprisingly long despite being second in line. I waited for 40 minutes in the waiting room which wasn't a big deal for me but I was in the actual exam room for a long time, and it wasn't a very busy day. At one point I was alone in the waiting room. Once they finally got to me, I explained how I felt, since I had flu like symptoms and I needed some blood work done, and that's where my bad time was had. Here's the deal, nobody likes needles. I was told I have tiny veins, and after sticking me three times and two different arms I didn't end up getting the blood sample I needed. As soon as they pulled the needle out, blood was all over my arm, and some fell to the floor. Honestly, I'm a bit traumatized. I've had blood taken out before, and it has been very quick, almost painless, and one and done. This was a rough experience for me and idk if I can bring myself to go back after that. This was just my experience. I don't want to trash on the whole urgent care because people did seem very kind, but the waiting time was pretty long for an office that didn't seem so busy. I did after the third needle have a mini panic attack and they got me water and calmed me down. They gave me a slip to go to quest diagnostics after a few days because they couldn't get the bloodwork they needed. It's been a rough 2025 start, fam. Hoping that folks have better experiences than me.

Went in for a sore throat. Hadn't been able to sleep for days and could barely swallow. New…read moreresident to Florida with no job yet, so knew I'd be paying out of pocket, but I didn't 't want to face another sleepless night. Now, I can excuse the long wait time - they were busy - and tolerate the indifferent office staff, but not the poor care. They said I had strep throat. I was given a printout that has nothing I couldn't Google myself. When I asked the woman who handed me the papers a question, she said it's all in the printout. My wife had driven me over and waited patiently while I was in there. She asked me what pharmacy they were sending me to. I diodn't see it on the paperwork and went back into the office to ask. One of the two indifferent office staff told me it was oin the first page. Nope. Took the paperwork back inside and the other one, who had handed me the papers, said I wasn't being given a prescription. So I paid $95 of my hard-earned money to be told to "get better," and if my symptions got worse, go to the ER. Wow. This is some way to do business. Google's Gemini states that "The most common cause of a sore throat is a virus, not bacteria. In this case, antibiotics would be ineffective and potentially harmful by contributing to antibiotic resistance. A proper diagnostic test, like a rapid strep test or throat culture, is necessary to determine the cause." That's fine, but they didn't do a strep test. The NP looked at my throat and said it was strep because of how red it was. The Nurse Practioner who saw me did not say anything other than that I should change my tooth brush. So I would say the strikes against this particular facility are incompetent care and snide, indifferent office staff. Considered lodging a formal complaint but chose not to. Would never go back and would never recommend them.

This delayed my knee surgery and I had a cardiologist run all relevant tests. His EKG showed no evidence of a heart attack and the tests showed that my heart was healthy. Now just over a year ago I went to care one for a persistent cough. At that time the did a EKG for unknown reasons and at that time informed me that I had had a recent heart attack. I went to the cardiologist that they recommended and after various tests was told that I had not had a heart attack and that my heart was healthy. So after all this I was billed and expected to pay for their incompetence. I would suggest they hire knowledgeable medical staff and their review ratings may actually go up

Worst experience I've ever had at an urgent care. Waited 2.5 hours in their office with an…read moreappointment. They have plug in fragrance in every room. I'm allergic to fragrance. I asked a few times how long the wait would be. Had to wait outside prior to being called in to see the doctor due to the fragrance. I let them know why I had to wait outside so they were aware. They kept telling me I was next. I never was. My throat blew up, my nasal passages were swollen, and I developed a migraine. Not one person cared. They looked at me like I had three heads when I told them what was happening to me. Not an ounce of empathy or sense of urgency in the entire place. They didn't unplug the fragrance plug ins or do anything. Doctor's offices typically do not put fragrance in their offices because allergies to fragrance are so debilitating and common. Not sure what they are trying to cover up with how many they had. I counted four in a very small space. My throat was raw and sinuses were on fire. After waiting for hours I was told that I would have someone in to do bloodwork shortly. Which I'm not even sure why the doctor wanted blood work and imaging because he specifically told me that he didn't think that the issue was what he was even testing for. I'm sure he makes money off of testing just like other doctors. I really enjoyed all of the excuses the doctor made about the wait time. Did he want a "poor you" for being so busy? Isn't that your job? Suck it up. I've been suffering for 3 hours... so yea... I don't want to hear it. I came in sick and got even sicker no thanks to your office. Another 35 mins goes by. I am just suffering. By this time my head pain was making me dizzy from the chemical fragrance. I just left and nobody cared. Wasted hours and money for nothing. My primary care finally had a cancellation this evening so I will be going to see her. I only went to this hell hole because she couldn't see me until Wednesday. I will be posting about this place everywhere online. Absolutely ridiculous in every way. Received zero help from these people after a total of 3 hours in this place.
