She discovered that I had skin cancer and did the surgery to remove it on September 14th. Her office repeatedly called to reschedule for the results and I still do not have them. I actually had to ask to come in to have the stitches removed as they were just leaving them in. During the procedure, she and the nurse Trish argued throughout. I was having to carry on the conversation in order to keep myself calm. I'm used to the doctor being the one to distract. When I came back to get the stitches taken out, there was a used paper gown on the chair where I was to sit, so it was obvious the room had not been clean. Something that is so important especially in this time of Covid. The blood pressure cuff was not working and took my blood pressure three times. Trish had to ask how many times it reactivated, because she wasn't paying attention. When it finally read my blood pressure it was so high, I told her that couldn't be accurate as my blood pressure is typically very low. She said she would just use my last reading from the previous office visit! When Trish went to remove my stitches, she actually used a razor blade and cut me open again! It wasn't until another nurse came in and said that the white stitches were underneath of the skin and were to be left in. Thankfully that nurse came in or else I would have an exaggerated scar! Trish said that it appeared that I wasn't taking care of the wound, because it looked dry. I have been exceptionally conscientious of it and using aquaphor On a consistent basis. When the doctor came in to look at it, she said that it was aparent that I was taking very good care of it. This office lacks communication, professionalism, and patient understanding. I can't believe that it's over a month and I still do not have my results. I even called and left a message in order to pay the bill that I received, and have not received a call back. They need to get their act together.

The problem here is not just the Doc, it is the management, communication, and some staff apparently. The staff couldn't answer the most basic of questions and made at least two significant errors. I would bet the employees there are also treated like robots. If you have a choice you'll prefer elsewhere.
