I took my brand new 2025 Cadillac suv in to get the 2 front windows tinted on a Thursday I want there more than a hour and I get a phone call they broke the passenger side window, told me they was waiting for a call back from a guy to see if he had the window in stock, well it wasn't so they had to order it and I would have to wait a week to get it fixed, they also told my husband they would not charge us for the tint, ok mistakes happen, I guess but a whole week why not overnight the window or 2 day shipping? I was not happy. Then a week goes by and we hear nothing my husband called and they said they would call to see where it was, again not happy! They called back and of course we work like normal people so have to wait till a day off to get it fixed, finally get it fixed and my husband went to pick it up and they charged us for the tint! Apparently they told my husband he miss understand them they said they wasn't charging him that day when they broke the window, but charged him after they fixed the window. Definitely won't go back and will make sure friends and family know. read more

I've taken 3 of my cars here and have never been disappointed. They are quick and reasonably priced. My last car I took in was a 2017 Chevy suburban, they did all the windows, windshield and back window for $460 and was done in about 3-4 hrs. When I got my car back the tint did have some bubbles in it but they said that is normal for the time of year it was ( winter) and that I should park in the sunlight to help the bubbles disappear over time. I did just what they said and after about 3-4 weeks the bubbles were completely gone. They also give you an instruction card with all the dos & don'ts of new window tint. The first time I went here they did a great job. Took my car in Sunbusters, in April to get my windshield tinted, picked it up ,it had bubbles in it. Took it back to have them fix it, lol they redid my drivers window, there was nothing wrong with it. Of course they did NOT fix my windshield. Took it back today, again making another appointment. 2 hours later they called said they were NOT going to fix it!!!!! They would take the tint off, and give my money back,or leave it the way it was. Good god, they screwed it up and would NOT take responsibility for there mess up! I have had four cars tinted here and won't go anywhere else. They do a great job with the actual tinting but the owner is also very helpful when deciding on which tint to use. He spent a good amount of time with me providing advice on which percentage to go with when I took my last truck to him. Prices are very good and turn around is fast. I just bought a new truck that already has tint on it, whoever tinted it did a bad job of it, so it will be going to Sunbusters to get the old tint stripped and new tint done right. read more

I bought a nice 2011 Toyota Tacoma and heard some great things about this local business so I called and set an appointment. I was asked about the year and make of my vehicle and at that time I also asked about the window match guarantee and I was assured it would be a perfect match or they would eat the cost to either strip the tint off or make it right. Sounds great so I make the appointment. I drop off my truck the following Friday and 5 and a half hours later I am called to pick up my truck. I was told two but who cares when it's done well. I pulled up and my white truck was parked in front of a white wall and my back windows were an original factory amber and the ones just done were a blue hue. I went inside and paid after I expressed my concern. A tech, not Sonny, came out ands saw the obvious difference and said it would be "ok" in a day or two when it dries but if I wasn't happy I could bring it back and have it fixed per their guarantee. I called a few days later and spoke to Sonny himself. Told me to bring it in and it would be "fixed" or "figured out" at that time. I came in the following day and waited 20 minutes to have Sonny walk me outside and explain how it isn't his fault and that they could never match a 5 year old tint from the factory but because he's such a nice guy he would happily put some tint on my back windows to get a better match. I asked "wouldn't that make my back windows darker???" and hew said it probably would but at least the color would be closer. I said " Wouldn't that make my front colors lighter than the back and the very back windows would still be the original color." To which Sonny bragged about how a scammer would have charged me money to tint the very back and walked me around the back of my truck and asked me how often I thought I would even see my back windows from front to back. Long story made short...Sonny and Sunbusters DO NOT honor any sort of guarantee and should have given me a heads up before taking my money that they couldn't match my factory tint. A simple tint job and those guys can't do it and do not honor their word or work. Smells like a typical Caldwell scam. Small town scammers hopefully a dying breed in business. go to your car dealer or find anybody else. By the way...the tint he would have put on my back windows wasn't free if I chose that option. I drove there a total of three times from the side of Nampa opposite of Caldwell so around 20$ in gas. 60$ for a mismatch tint job. 60$ for a fix that would have given me three different shades of tint on my 27,000$ truck. Guess how much from the Toyota dealership. 125.00$ If it a question for anybody making a tint appointment for your new baby and weighing the dealership VS these clowns... I would take your baby where they will baby it. read more

Avoid this business!!! There are much better options, just make a few phone calls. The owner is a pompous jerk and will absolutely refuse to honor their so-called warranty. They so very confidently said that my tint job would be no problems, so I gave them my business. I came back when the tint never cleared up and they tried to convince me that my car (Honda Accord) was the one in a million that there was nothing that could have been done better and I would just have to live with it being blurry and bubbly. He refused to redo the job and was going to charge me to take the tint off. I took the tint off at home and took the car elsewhere to have a perfect tint job with no blur or bubbles. Their customer service and lack of owner integrity has lost my business forever and I would never recommend someone go here. read more
