Jaime is amazing! I was in a bind, my normal stager was low on inventory and wasn't able to take…read moreon my job. I contacted Jaime by phone on a Sunday, expecting to get voice mail, she not only answered but jumped on things right away, getting me over a proposal within hours. She was upbeat, intentional and is wildly talented at what she does. The listing I asked her to stage is a very large home and she approached it was an ease, calm and measured ability that is unmatched in my experience. I recommend her highly! She is now my " go to stager". Ronda Chapleski Senior Broker Associate LIV Sotheby's International Realty Denver/Boulder-Colorado

I initially had a great experience with Jaime Langer and genuinely believe she has strong design…read moreskills. However, my overall experience with her ended in deep disappointment and frustration. If you choose to work with her, do not let her refer you to Hummingbird HRD (Crystal and Brian Mansanares), as that is where everything unraveled. Jaime first helped me after a Christmas morning plumbing disaster, and at the outset, she was fantastic--quick to respond, knowledgeable, and actively engaged in creating thoughtful layouts. Because things seemed to be going well, we also hired her for additional design work in our kitchen and living room. But when she referred us to Hummingbird as the general contractor, she stepped away entirely, leaving us in the hands of an inexperienced team that led to an overpriced, incomplete, and poorly executed renovation. Where Things Went Wrong Jaime and Crystal turned out to be personal friends rather than longtime collaborators, and our home was essentially a "guinea pig project"--a fact Jaime admitted only after things had gone terribly wrong. The staggering lack of professionalism from Hummingbird resulted in months of stress, wasted money, and a home that remains unfinished to this day. After Crystal declared the project "done" (despite glaringly poor workmanship), I asked Jaime to see the state of things herself. She agreed with me that the quality was unacceptable and even apologized for how badly things had turned out. She admitted that Crystal lacked the necessary experience and recognized that we had been unintentionally used as a test project. To make matters worse, she also told me, "Wow, I didn't realize you were so detail-oriented--I would feel exactly the same." As if they thought they could get away with subpar work and I wouldn't notice--truly insulting. Jaime's Final Disappointing Choice To her credit, Jaime convinced Crystal and Brian to attempt to fix their mess, but she ultimately abandoned the project. Despite personally acknowledging all the flaws, she later sent me a completely contradictory statement: "I have every faith in Hummingbird completing the project as promised, and overall, I believe they have done an exceptional job." This project was supposed to take 4-6 weeks starting in March--it was still dragging on in November, at which point I cut ties entirely because it was no longer worth the emotional toll. To this day, our home remains unfinished and cheap-looking, a painful reminder of the stress and financial loss we endured. What We Actually Got for Jaime's Fees After paying her design fees for both the bathroom and kitchen/living room, all we truly received was: * Layout options * A recommendation for Hummingbird (which proved disastrous) * Help selecting a kitchen table and rug Had we gone with a different general contractor, I might be writing a glowing five-star review. Unfortunately, given how this played out, I cannot recommend Jaime Langer at all.

We moved into our townhouse two months ago and have been without window coverings for that time…read more Our poor neighbors! We contacted a few window treatment companies but some didn't reply at all. Must be nice to turn away business. 3 Day Blinds was very professional. We had three visitors: the initial sales person, a person to double check the window measurements, and the blind installer. Throughout the entire process, we were assured that items and work were guaranteed and that we should be patient because of delayed shipping times. That wasn't new to us since that's been happening all over the place. We were surprised that the blinds actually showed up a littler earlier that estimated! Now the shades can be drawn and we can finally sleep! #ServiceStarShoutout

Buyer Beware: Your Money, Privacy, and Purchase Are at Risk…read more I started working with 3 Day Blinds in August, spent $14,449, and three months later my order is STILL not fully installed. * Customer privacy breach: They forwarded me internal emails exposing other customers' full names, personal phone numbers, and complaints. If they can't protect basic customer information, why would you trust them with yours? * Reckless handling of my money: To correct a $1.28 ordering error THEY made, 3 Day Blinds charged my credit card TWICE on the same day for over $7,300 EACH. That's nearly $15,000 in charges hitting my account at once. They promised a refund that never materialized. I ultimately instructed them to apply the overpayment to my balance, which they agreed to in writing, then ignored. Imagine having to monitor your finances for weeks because a company can't manage a simple transaction. * Installation disaster: Canceled one hour before my appointment, arrived the next day without essential hardware, and left the most expensive portion of my purchase unfinished. Three months after starting this process, I still have no confirmed completion date. * Leadership that ignores customers: I've sent multiple emails since October 19, including direct escalations to District Manager Bob Aruta and my sales representative, Denise Sanborn. ZERO responses. Their own internal correspondence reveals similar installation failures affecting other customers. This isn't an isolated incident. Your personal information should be protected. Your money should be handled responsibly. And when you spend nearly $15,000, you should receive what you purchased. 3 Day Blinds has failed on all three. I would not trust this company with another dollar or another piece of my personal information.
