The only thing I wish they did was offer us a more definite time frame of when the stoles would be ready or an estimated date. I had asked them a few different times throughout a few months with emails to make sure they were there before our graduation date. They said they had sent a response about a week before the stoles were set to be finished, but on our end we never received it or the email system failed us. Regardless of this mishap, we gambled and bought stoles from elsewhere and we told them our situation and they didn't really seem to want to look into our situation so we paid for them regardless. But glad the stoles came out great and happy to support a local family business.

It turns out that they have replaced their "value" t-shirt (used to be a good quality, heavyweight tee) with a thin, poorly-sized, company branded shirt. The screen prints were as good as usual, but we were sorely disappointed with the cheap shirts (you can see almost see through them!). The worst part was the attitude we received when we called to voice our disappointment. We spoke with the owner, David, and calmly told him that we would have appreciated being told about the change in product considering we have always requested the value t-shirt when calling for our quote. We were appalled with his response which was to be rude, combative, and condescending. He kept yelling (yes, I do mean yelling) that "we should have checked." We fully admitted that we were wrong to assume it would be the same and that is why we weren't asking for any kind of compensation. However, the website claims that the new shirts have the same fit as the old - WRONG! It also claims the new shirt to be a heavier weight - WRONG AGAIN! We did expect him to acknowledge that the product was misrepresented and future customers should be informed. This is when he laughed at us and said "you expect me to check customer history?!" Actually, this is what has always been done for me in the past, so YES, that is whaI expected. Not a crappy attitude. Unless David sells the company to a decent human being, we'll never use them again and will make sure to steer people away at all costs.

My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

I was okay with that however they never called me or asked me for approval for the patch they went ahead and embroidered it without approving it. We had to go back and make changes because the patch didn't meet our expectations. Nothing like the artwork we submitted. We had to go back and forth because they didn't want to refund us so we decided to give them another chance... it is October now . I called yesterday for an update and was told I'd get a call back from Jose the owner , not surprised I haven't received a call or an update. I will not be coming back here. The lack of communication for what you're paying is not worth it for getting charged twice after they charged us almost $1000 for 3 jackets . Ridiculous.
