Great customer service. Went out of his way to find the correct size air conditioner.

Rented a stump grinder. Upon getting it home, it was apparent that the cutting teeth were about as sharp as a hammer head. Took it back expecting they would swap it out for a better unit. All I got was excuses about how the teeth were new, they wear, maybe this was too small for the job, etc. In the end, I took it back and it did a horrible job on both freshly cut stumps about 3-6" in diameter, rotted pine stumps 12" diameter. More pounding than cutting. A waste of money as I later just hired a service to do it. Apparently they don't know the three rules of recovery for customer service. 1. Apologize 2. Offer to make it right 3. Offer a customer care token. Fail, fail, fail. Really like these folks. They have a good selection and really try hard to take care of anything that goes wrong. Tools break and prior renters abuse things, so they have to problem solve a lot. I've rented excavators, jackhammers saws for concrete, dump trailers, tampers etc and they have always done right by me. read more
