Luckily we opened and check it because it was Not oversized. We spent 20 minutes with them digging around a pile of wheelchair parts to get us a chair with foot rests. Uber driver gave up and left. They could not create a working chair. While I applaud the effort, they should have had it ready as promised. We were directed to the equipment rental building . Being new to the game, we picked up a hand held saw instead of what we really needed, which was a walk-behind saw. I called Alan, and he informed me that there would be a $25 fee for exchanging the saws. When he heard me out and found out I was an amateur and first time customer, he offered to exchange the equipment gratis, since we hadn't used it for an hour.
