So I brought my comforters for the drop off wash and fold on Wednesday while moving, they told me to be back by 3 PM in order to pick up my comforters, I go back at the correct time as directed and there's a note on the door saying that they close due to maintenance, this wouldn't be a big deal except I live in Key West and had to drive all the way to Big Pine, 45 minute drive to get my, and I gave them all of their blankets that we have. No phone call to tell me before I wasted a bunch of gas and my time, slept without any blankets that night, assuming I'll just get them tomorrow... I come back the following day to a sign saying that they are close again due to maintenance issues, and the issue is that they tripped a breaker(you literally just go to the box switch in order to fix it). Again, no notification otherwise in order to save the time or gas... another hour and a half out of my life for nothing. Yesterday I finally get a text message saying that they are still closed, but not until after I had already once again, this is now 4 1/2 hours out of my life and half a tank of gas which gas is roughly 5 dollars gallon here. I texted them back telling them I want a refund and that it's bullshit that I have to go through that, give me my blankets back. Someone text back that they do that and they'll have to talk to a manager. I had to come up here today. It's on the desk as I walked in, no refund, no apology, nothing.... please excuse my language, but FUCK THIS PLACE!!! I highly recommend yo find another place and take your business elsewhere! I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I visited on 12/8/2025 and was pleasantly surprised that the owners were extremely nice and helpful. They even offered two ladies some dryer sheets that they forgot. I would highly recommend this laundromat if you are in the area and need to use it. read more

Absolutely the worst laundromat experience I've ever had. Only one machine was available while the rest were being used as what looks like a sweatshop for hotel linen , and this was upo. Opening first thing on a Saturday a weekend no less . I would suggest if they're going to be strictly commercial close their doors to the public also I didn't have a single spot to fold my clothes as all the tables and benches that the ladies have laid out were filled with sheets and blankets and they wouldn't make any room for me as I was intrusive to them is the way I saw it read more

It is very clean and the machines are quick. It is staffed and they also do laundry by the pound. One concern is that it may not be open when the hours state it is open-which was the case yesterday (a Thursday). The service at this laundromat was pretty bad. I walked in and 3 minutes after, I walked right out. The lady that was sitting at the front desk had a really nasty attitude when my roommates and I asked a simple question on how to use the laundromat - we wanted to make sure that we were using the machines correctly. I understand being upset about something external, but don't treat your customers so bad that they don't feel like doing their laundry at the ONLY laundromat in Big Pine. read more

Went in to wash two white brand new mattress pads because I was afraid my old machine might not do the job. Lady sitting at desk was very rude. I say hello, she says nothing. (Whatever). But when I spend $8 to wash my mattress pads, I pull them out and they are covered in dog hair!!! I don't own a dog!! I Should have never tried this place again. read more

Typical standard washer & dryers I've seen at many other laundromats. Nothing special. Most machines work. Some are out of order or are "cold wash only". The place is pretty small but clean. Not a ton of room to fold your clothes once they're dry. No one wants to go home with wrinkled clothes, so if the folding table is full, you can fold your clothes in a basket at the dryer? Or just take them home, to fold fresh out-of-the-dryer! They should be nice, clean and wrinkled, ready to be folded, hung up and put away...as you wonder why you ever thought taking your fresh clean clothes home from the dryer to fold was a good idea?!?! They have several normal sized washing machines (2x load) that most all other places have. Cost is $4 (plus $0.50 if you want Hot Water). They also have 2 large washers (4x load). Cost is $8 (plus $1 if you want Hot Water). Dryers (standard size) are $1 for 4 minutes. You CANNOT add a single quarter (after you put in money to get dryer started) to add more time to the dryer, like I have seen at every other laundry mat we've been to. You MUST ADD $1 MORE to add 4 more minutes. So if you want to use one dryer, say for 20minutes, it will $5. 8minutes=$2; 12minutes=$3 and so on. They have a change machine for quarters only (all machines take quarters). No change for bills. It takes $1-$20bills. NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! Winn Dixie is across the street as well as Bealls to use the restroom if you need to. This place is air conditioned and they have a few chairs in front of the entrance with a tv. read more

Over priced. Dryers don't get very hot so you have to continually feed it quarters. In a pinch and have to wash something it will work but watch your quarters fly! Workers there very nice. Clientele unfriendly. No TV or paper. Depending on attendant the music can be a little loud. read more

We had to come here because our washer broke and we had a load of wet clothes. The machines are nice and new. It's pricey,$4 for wash and $1 for 8 minutes of drying. It took 24 minutes to dry and they were still a little damp. I wasn't spending any more. I would have liked to visit the stores next door but they will charge you for leaving your clothes unattended. So I had to sit there. I would only come here in an emergency situation. I'm taking the rest of my dirty clothes home with me rather than spending another $20. I'll wash at home for free, and have 2 or 3 drinks instead. read more

The good: After Hurricane Irma the Landry installed all new machines and redone the business space and has new paint and TV's mostly showing local advertisements. The bad: really boring watching those TV's play the same old advertisements instead of Television shows or news to pass the time. Extra large washer which is 3-4 regular loads is $4.00 normal pricing but the dryers are $1.00 for 8 minutes, very expensive. I've never paid more than $2.00 for a dryer but here $3.00 would only get you 24 minutes. Lady running the place was friendly and helpful, place was clean and obviously brand new everything. read more

Hours are 8-4 on fridays, even though Yelp and Google says 6pm. Got there at 4:11 and saw closed sign on the door but open signs all over windows, thought maybe they forgot to turn it over. Called and was told on fridays they close at four but open 8am the next morning. Would've just drove up to marathon or down to key west if i would've known before hand. $4.00 for the washer, $1 for 8 mins of drying time, prices are reasonable and the dryer gets my clothes done for about 2 dollars, but i also use a dryer ball. Needs more space for folding clothes, always feel very awkward folding while the drop off service takes about 90% of the folding space. Good for the keys. If i lived somewhere else with more choices, i wouldn't go back. read more

Gave 2 stars for the new clean machines. That's about all I can say is good about this place. The machines may be new, but they sure eat up your quarters. Not only super expensive, your quarters get stuck in them and the "owner" Gable is not very customer orientated. Acted like it was my fault the machine didn't work. While I was there two other customers had the same issues. Gable made them change their clothes to different machines twice. Then she got upset with them for doing something right. Like who needs this? I work is customer service and this is no way to treat your customers. And really, for a couple of quarters? After spending over $30 to do 3 loads of wash, what is .50$ to keep a customer happy. Nope, I will not be back. I'll drive into KW and avoid being treated like that. This laundromat is one of the cleanest and modern laundromat I've visited. The staff is extremely helpful and pleasant. They have television to watch and wifi to help pass the time while you do your laundry. I recently dropped off my laundry for the staff to wash and fold and the did an excellent job.
